      I called today 12/16/24 at 12:32 left message then called again at 1:11 and asked where this was because I never recieved a second email with a tracking number and the man stated his computer was down I would need to call back. Then I recieved a call from him at 1:32 that he clearly accidently called me so I called right back at 1:32 and 1:33 but no answer. He called back at 1:38 and I missed it and called right back at 1:38 and 1:39 no answer. I sent him a email that I have attached then called him again but blocked my number at 1:49. I said i had a missed call and he said **** I said yes he stated he accidently called me so I asked him again what the status was with my order and he stated that the warehouse it was shipped from said it was shipped and post office confirmed that it was recieved. I said ok give me the tracking number since I was never provided that and I will call the post office to find out. He said we'll I don't have that the factory does. I asked again for him to provide me with the tracking number or refund me the money. He said I cant refund you because then if you get the goods I'm out all that money. I said I will ship it right back to you if I ever recieve it. I ordered this on this 6th so it would be here for Christmas and now I'm out ***** and may not get another one in time for Christmas now. I stated you know it was not sent so refund me the money. Then stated he just had 2 heart surgeries 2 wks ago so he can't do it right now. I said I'm sorry you had surgery I just had my whole lung removed due to lung cancer but I can still tap my phone or computer buttons to get a shipping number or issue a refund. You are obviously "working" otherwise you wouldn't be answering the phone and it's not my problem you just has surgery. That's just an excuse to keep my money. So I told him I was contacting bbb and he said ok fine I'll refund it but it will be later today and I said no I need a reference number stating it will be refunded he refused

      I placed an order for 2 magazines. They didn't even know I placed the order when I called a week later he saw it and said we don't have those in stock. The website aus free shipping over 75 and my order was 89. They charged for shipping. The magazines didn't come in for another week so he refunded my shipping even though he was supposed to do that anyway. It took a month to get them. When I did, they were the wrong size so I sent them back and paid for shipping. He took back the 9 he refunded me and charged me an additional 9 in shipping for I don't know. Then said there was a 25% restocking fee so it if the 100 he only refunded 60 and I was never told this or I would have never bought from them.
