      This place is a complete scam. They send you a product that they claim will fit your firearm, but does not even begin to go into the magwell, and then have the audacity to charge you a restocking fee of up to 40 % when it comes back to them, which is a complete scam job I think.Shame on you guys. That is corrupt business practices.

      *****, you are claiming we charge a restocking fee up to 40%. That is totally untrue. Also you were NOT charged a restocking fee. You also agreed to our customer agreement which clearly states that if we ship your order for free and you return the item the cost of the shipping is deducted from the refund. I would also like to point out what is stated on our website about this particular magazine. "NOTE: STAR MAGAZINES ARE KNOWN TO HAVE FITMENT ISSUES WHEN USING AFTERMARKET MAGAZINES. THESE MAGAZINES ARE MADE IN THE *** BY TRIPLE K. MANY OF OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE REPORTED SUCCESS WHEN USING THEM, HOWEVER SOME CUSTOMERS HAVE STATED THEY ARE TIGHT IN THE **** YOU MAY TRY OF ONE THESE MAGAZINES AND IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY YOU MAY RETURN THE MAGAZINE FOR A REFUND AND YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE.. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS. In the future it would be in your best interest to READ what is in front of you and what you are agreeing to.

      I ordered a pistol magazine and had to return it because it was the wrong one. I contacted them and inquired about when the money would be refunded to my credit card. They claimed that their internet service was down and they could not complete the return. After multiple calls to them I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. This business is terrible, look somewhere else for what you need.

      This was an unfortunate situation as the company that hosts our website migrated to a new internet hosting company. For the first several weeks our site was not functioning and we had no way to issue refunds as the credit card processing function was inoperative. This was something that was out of our control. We apologize for the inconvenience.

      On March 4, 2023, I orders a magazine for my Walther PPK/S 22. The price was very good, and I received an email confirmation of the transaction within a few hours. Today, March 9, I received the Walther factory magazine in the mail in factory blister-pack and in perfect condition. The magazine performs without problem in my pistol. I'm delighted with my purchase and I'd order from Gunclip Depot again without hesitation.
