************************* installed my new master bath shower and it looks fantastic! He is very detail oriented, polite and professional. I have hired Reborn to reface kitchen cabinets in 2 of my homes, reface bathroom cabinets in 4 bathrooms, and install new showers in 2 bathrooms. I'm a repeat customer because the workers are great and do diligent work.

My kitchen cabinets are perfect. Our installer **** with his assistant *** were always on time, courteous, caring and answered all our questions. They totally vacuumed and cleaned the kitchen and left it the way they found it. I was very impressed and although this project was not inexpensive, it was all worth it.Reborn Cabinets LLC

Do not follow through on warranty issues. I have had trouble with one drawer and have had service come out 4 times to not fix the problem correctly. I am so disappointed with this company and chooser this company because it was a ****** vendor.Reborn Cabinets LLC

My installers, ******* and ******** were wonderful. They worked quickly, efficiently throughout their time at my home. I was so impressed by their work. They were also very kind and gracious and really explained things very well. I love my beautiful new shower!Reborn Cabinets LLC

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR GET INTO A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY SAID IT WAS A TWO DAY PROJECT AND NOW ITS GOING ON 4 months. THEYVE HAD TO FIX IT TWICE ALREADY AND HAVE TO COME BACK NOW A 3rd TIME BECAUSE OUR FLOOR IS LEAKING INTO OUR DOWNSTAIRS LIVINGROOM ALL OF THEIR RATINGS ARE LIES we did our other shower with a different contractor for a third of price. We went with REBORN because of timing and supposed quality but there is no quality in their work or product, customer service or communication. They are too busy going on vacations and having pool days rather than trying to get us in touch with people to help us. We are a family of four sharing one showerReborn Cabinets LLC

We had three different installers here in our ******************* home. "****" was our main installer and he had an assistant who we failed to get his name. Our follow-up installer was "*******" who finished up anything not quite completed during our main installation period of June 19-June 22, 2023. All of the men who were here were very kind and respectful of our home. They were all very professional and knew what they were doing. My husband and I were very impressed when the job was done, as EVERYTHING was cleaned up, just like the contract stated! ReBorn has hired hard-working people to make the customers the company has very satisfied with the final product! When we had a discussion with our brother-in-law from *****, ********** about the work being done at our house (he and my sister are having work done in their kitchen), he told us that he wished he had hired ReBorn to remodel his kitchen, as he was also impressed with the quality of work he saw done at our house.***** and I want to thank ReBorn for making our kitchen a room to be proud of!***** and *******************************Reborn Cabinets LLC

I cannot in good faith give this contractor any stars. The job they did for us in 2017 has been nothing but a nightmare from the beginning. We contracted to have our kitchen cabinets resurfaced. The installation was awful, doors were installed upside down. The installers removed the oven door to refinish the surrounding members. They were unable to reinstall it. It took Reborn two weeks to get someone to my house to re-install the oven door. It took a further few weeks to get replacement doors for the ones that had been improperly installed. Within a year we had doors that had delaminated. At first, there were two doors. In a subsequent occurrence, 4 doors had delaminated. Around Christmas, 2022 10 more doors delaminated. Since Christmas, I have been trying to get them to rectify the situation. In the two previous incidents, Reborn did replace the offending doors. Some of the doors that currently have problems are doors that had previously been replaced. They were willing to resurface the doors. Now they are telling me that they no longer carry the color I have. This is fine, since I don't want their defective product or substandard workmanship in my home. They are willing to resurface the entire kitchen in a new color if that will make me go away. What I proposed as a resolution via the **************************** of ********* is that they pay me $6000.00, roughly time and materials, and say good-by. They countered with a complete resurfacing of the kitchen(no thank you) OR $3000.00. Our project was contracted for $12,600.00. Seems like they'd be money ahead and rid of me if they'd just pay me the requested $6000.00.Run, don't walk, as far away as you can get from this business.Reborn Cabinets LLC
