I just had a new shower unit installed a few days ago by this company. I paid $17,000 for this job, which is basically half of my yearly income. For the price I paid, I'm not at all happy with how things played out. I was told I'd be getting a new window kit, which I thought was going to include removing the old *****, moldy, and cracked window and frame. But apparently that's not the case, so now I still have the problematic window, which I'll have to figure out how to deal with. That situation was secondary to the fact that the workers left the front door open, allowing one of our beloved family cats to escape outside. From the start of the job, one thing I made clear was that the front door needed to be kept closed behind them to prevent any of our three cats from getting outside. I spent most of the remainder of the day and night frantically searching for our cat, while my disabled and mentally ill mother cried and had an anxiety attack. Lucky for **, I found her late that night hiding in our garage, terrified. I don't know what we would have done if we never found her. I've made several attempts to address these issues with Reborn, all of which have been ignored or dismissed. Overall, I found Reborn to be dishonest about the work being done and very careless in executing the job. I'm going to make sure I advise all of my friends and family to avoid your business at all costs.Reborn Cabinets LLC

Think once twice and three times before you sign up. I had a sales rep talk me into going with there *** Reborn, I had crisis with and old shower which damaged my floors with water damage and needed too be replaced it was and emergency Fi me because only have 1 bathroom with the shower, he told me 2-3 weeks for installation with me saying I thats the sooner it can be done he said yes and that there are times it can take 6-8 weeks too get it installed! I told him I was going too notify my homeowners Ins. he talked me into financing it and when I get the funds I can then pay the finance *** off I thought well this will get this going faster getting it installed but did say to sales rep if its going to take longer then 3 weeks for installation I cannot go with h your ** and he said there should be no problem, I signed the financial agreement reported it to my Ins. Called my claims adjuster to then be told she needed a breakdown estimate from the ** thats going to do the shower, salesmen refused giving me estimate and said they do not deal directly with my Ins ** and that it was up to me! I begged for one & they refused me, now I tried too cancel with Reborn, oh yes and they went from 2-3,weeks and up my installation date to 5 days weeks, on top of that the cost of the shower would be ****** and told me should they allow me too cancel that I have too pay 35% cancellation fee, should they allow me to cancel! For 3.weeks now Ive been emotionally and mentally distort over this, I am now in dire need of help with this abusive situation. I am elderly and on SS without any direction!,was never told I only had 2-3 day window to cancel, nothing was said to me verbally and if they allow me to cancel I will have too pay $6,585.00 which is 35% of the total of $******, this to me is unfair too anyone especially to and elderly person. Please read this carefully before you sign anything with this *** As I stated term was 2-3 days to cancel, but never said it verbally.Reborn Cabinets LLC

1 starOverall: would not recommend and regret signing this contract. KEEP AWAY from this company! Costco uses them, what a HUGE disappointment since ****** has such a good reputation, quality of products, policies, and service. The initial salesman was not accurate in the description and measurements nor did he clearly and thoroughly explainthe contract especially the total cost plus interest. Then, when the ********* arrived to start the project, his measurements differed from the change order diagram and the engineer who finalized the measurements. In each process, there were inaccuracies. During the shower remodel, their warehouse ran out of inventory (acrylic wall). They said they could use two separate smaller pieces, but there would be a visible line down the middle of the shower that would be apparent. Due to insufficient inventory, youre making the customer settle for half a** work? Upon clean up and departure, *************************** did not have a broom so I let them use mine. They did not do a thorough job cleaning; they left behind a sharp and hazardous piece of metal in the bathroom floor that was approximately 2-3 inches long. Had I not swiffered the floor and discovered it, my 7 yo daughter, me or my husband, could have suffered from a severe cut and possible infection due to their negligence, and then would have resulted in legal ramifications. From start to finish, it was extremely unprofessional. I should have gone with another contractor that charged me significantly less and would have completed the project. I deeply regret contracting REBORN. I have to start remitting payments to GreenSky even though the project is STILL NOT complete. No one has reached out to me either. Dont get scammed by this company! Photo evidence available of unfinished project and sharp hazardous object upon request.If I could leave negative stars I would! ********** and ****** did the install of my walk-in shower. They were great very nice. They are out of the ***** office. The shower is wonderful I enjoy it my little dog will even take a shower now. (Bonus)Reborn Cabinets LLC

************************, ****** and **** were in our home installing kitchen cabinets for 4 days. They were prompt, courteous and always neat. Their professionalism and workmanship deserve this 5 star review. ******, the project manager, stopped by and addressed all our questions and concerns. He too was friendly and knowledgeable We would give him 5 stars also ! We are very pleased with the finished cabinets and would recommend Reborn to anyone interested in remolding their kitchen ******** and ***Reborn Cabinets LLC

Just had a bath tub replaced with a walk in shower by Reborn. The work looks great and had a really good experience with the installer, *************Got it all done in 2 days as promised and I just st had my first shower.I am very satisfied The salesperson was very thorough and I got exactly what I ordered.Reborn Cabinets LLC

Be careful with this company I think they're a bit on the shady side, Very high pressure sales guy !!I thought I was placing my order through ****** with Reborn cabinets. Come to find out they went around ****** and said they were doing it for ****** but they were not. I was given misinformation on products and how it was going to be installed and what it was going to look like so within 9 days from him coming to my home and signing their contract, I canceled yesterday and was told I was not responsible for anything or not liable either. Now I am getting phone from them to continue with production on this cabinet project which I know longer want to deal with this company nothing has been ordered nothing has been measured. I did contact ****** and let them know that they are going round about and not letting ****** know this was an order through them.Reborn Cabinets LLC

So far my experience IS NOT very good. High pressured sales! Conflicting information given in regards to products and installation. That's when I decided I did not want their product because it's not what I was told it was going to be or how it was going to be installed. Now total harassment, I received nine phone calls in one day. I see this to be harassment and one of the voicemail he said this is not going to go away! I take that as a threat. Anyways this company is very shady, way overpriced and not willing to help a customer when they decide they do not want to proceed because of misinformation that was given or NOT given by different employees. I also had a contractor that was in my home when I called to cancel this project. I asked the person on the other end if I was liable for anything being that I was canceling now and he said no you are not.. Now I'm hearing otherwise. Project never even got started we're only nine business days from the time they came to my house. Business is like this shouldn't exist! What a horrible way to treat a potential customer. No wonder they have to be pushy for sales because they wouldn't get it if not. Also this was supposed to be a ****** thing and I'm finding out it's not. I called ****** today and they have no record of anything. Reborn never took my membership number they.. should have referred me back to ******.com to place my order, which they did not, so they went around ******'s ba to get the sale on their own! But had told me I was eligible for a 10% ****** shop card !! ****** is now aware of this!Reborn Cabinets LLC
