    On August 5, 2022 I called ***** at B A M Plumbing to help with my plumbing problems. Because he told me he will and can do other jobs if needed. I asked if he could fix my swamp cooler. He told me he could so it was added to the jobs needing done. On August 7, 2022 ***** came over to give estimate. ***** started the work on August 8, 2022 and ZELLE'd him the first part, $1600.00 as he requested. On August 8, 2022 ***** finished the job, so he said, at 7:26 PM and this time paid with my credit card $1047.00.
    I needed the front and backyard faucets fixed because they leaked. I needed the bathroom faucet changed out because the water was corroding it. I needed the leak behind the toilet fixed in the same bathroom. I needed the two faucets in the master bathroom fixed so that they were easy to turn on and off. I needed the same thing in that bathroom shower because the temperature knob was very difficult to change temperature. I also asked ***** if he could get my swampcooler working. He told me that he could. He gave me a verbal quote and told me his work was guaranteed and if there were problems after to just give him a call right after and he would be there. He asked for half the money first so he could buy the parts needed. He quoted me $2647.00. He never gave me and itemized reciept. He was called back several times because he verbal told me all his work was guaranteed. After numerous calls and texts that the swamp still didn't work and the knob to turn water to toilet on and off was missing and needed to be put back. My last contact with him on these issues was October 30, 2022. I'm tired of his excuses of why he couldn't make it. He took my money knowing he couldn't do it and disappeared with the knob I needed to turn the water off if needed. He went to Vegas to spend the money he charged and had no intension of getting the knob back on the bathroom or completing his promise of the swampcooler.***** kept promising to show and never returned after payment.

    I'm attaching the copy of the Zelle payment that I took a picture from my computer on my bank account, BAM Plumbing refused to give a reciept on August 8, I was told he would email it. At the end of the jobs that he said he finished he said he would email and did not give me anything written in hand. The Zelle payment, he told me, was for purchasing the necessary supplies, the second payment was after the jobs were suppose to have been successfully finished. I feel I was cheated every which way with BAM Plumbing. The Plumber that came out today to fix one of his jobs in the bathroom did an excellent job and finished the jobs in less than an hour and everything he needed on what he was hired for was on his truck.
