      The issue is that Hitt Plumbing responded to my place of resident by referral from my home warranty servicer (HOMESERVE) on three separate occasions for the exact same plumbing issue. To explain, on each occasion of service by HItt Plumbing, only one technician responded and I was told by another plumber that there should ************* at minimal to offset the issue that I am now seeking services from your organization, the destruction of my floors. I was advised that they should have attacked the plumbing issue from the roof with machinery and they would not have had to remove my toilets, allowing water run all over my floors. I asked the technician upon arrival to execute the issue from the roof and I was told by him "that he did not have the proper machinery" and he would have to remove the toilets, and needless to say water went everywhere causing my floors to buckle. The kicker her is that they had to return on two additional occasion only on the third trip they sent out a what appeared to be a more seasoned technician that remained at our home for more than 2 hours and the other per was in and out in under an hour. Now they are (HomeServe) is trying to feed me some c*** and bull story about a no consequence clause, and I take that to mean that I am supposed to be accepting of having my floors destroyed just because I requested the unstopping of my toilets. I DO NOT BUY THAT AT ALL. I know that most business such as Hitt Plumbing and others have liability insurance and I think they need to be made to use it in this case. Also, this is a health issue in that I am a Cancer Survivor and cannot afford to be exposed to possible mold and mildew as a result of the issue.       On 09/01/2023, Hitt Plumbing installed a Noritz tankless water heater at my home, ************************************************************************** for a cost of $4,925.00. The cost was supposed to cover the installation and equipment. However, the water heater does not let out hot water from the majority of faucets at the home and, according to ******, it's because the water heater was improperly installed by Hitt Plumbing. I spent about 1 hour diagnosing the issue with ****** and they stated that, per the installation manual, the issue was due to the gas pipe. It should have a 3/4" gas line pipe and not the 1/2" gas line pipe that Hitt Plumbing installed.

      12/3/2019 I had both my HVAC leak water into the house via the return air "vents." I had JM&J, a plumbing company I had done business with since 1976 +/- put in both units of the years. **** Plumbing had recently purchased JM&J I found out after they were out to quote my repairs & fulfill any warrantee work. I had set up with JM&J a twice yearly inspection which I noticed was late when this event happened. Their Description of work confirms that both units where involved and the leaking was "Likely water leaking from A/C unit, curb, or roof in area of roof top AC units. Recommend licensed roofer." As the water was between the roof and the roofing, the "licensed roofer" had to take off the entire roof; not patch it. That was $40,000 that I signed a contract for, $10,000 I put into what the insurance company wouldn't pay for the interior. When roof was on, I went and saw Mr. ***** **** sometime in January or February. He said wait until your insurance company pays and well address it then. A month + later, I saw him again. He said he couldn't do anything as his mother was ill & he wasn't responsible because he had bought only the business; not "existing" contracts for service or defects. By the time he stop corresponding, Covid was going on & I couldn't in good conscience press him with a sick mother. The last letter I wrote, I told Mr **** I would be happy with 1/2 the $40,000 on terms. I also paid the inspection bill of $95 to tell me the units leaked. I will even take it at $1,000/month at the 10% interest rate I paid on the first 1/2 of the loan. Ask Mr **** for the exhibits, please he thinks he has to dispute that his company is at least responsible for the 1/2. Goettl Plumbing who repaired everything found both drain lines from the "curbs" to be clogged with dirt & debris that should have been handled in my twice yearly "maintenance."
