    Please anyone searching for a plumber do not use .They do not clean up after themselves and god forbid you need a snaking job done they throw all the back up onto the lawn and drive way !When I called with total remorse as to what my driveway was like and lawn the response I got sorry we should have been explained to before hiring !Or our home warranty should have explained to us they dont clean up !It was so so bad if I posted the pictures you would throw up !Please do not hire them !Thanks ***** for not even bother to offer seeing what and his horrible it was and **** you should be ashamed of yourself to even allow such work of no importance to you !Beware customers !

    They get a two star for solving 1/2 of the problem but they really fell short on Customer Service and overall integrity of taking care of customers.
    They ordered the wrong part 2 times for my toilet. Casey suggested I buy a new toilet from them instead of trying to order the correct part. I obviously declined and he begrudgingly accepted getting the right part after I told them I could just get the Insurance company to assign another contractor if they didn't want the job.
    I went out of town and they called twice when I was gone to schedule an appt. I texted them when I was returning to schedule in a new time but never heard back (lost reception while we were on the phone).
    They called me today to schedule an appt for the next day and I couldn't take work off. When I asked for a future date, they said they didn't have anything scheduled in my area. I said that wasn't a big deal and to just cal me when they were in town again.
    That is when they got upset and told me to call when I was ready, because I clearly wasn't. The rest of the conversation was trying to talk over an angry individual explaining to them again and again, I'm literally ready, in town and asking you to call me. You said you weren't ready. Then he hung up.
    When I called back he said he didn't care if I left a bad review. I guess customers are not important to certain companies when they can guarantee business from an insurance company. Which is unfortunate.
    If you have a choice with your insurance company, I would use someone else.

    Chris was prompt , courteous, professional and did great work. He found my issue and in no time he found a solution and done.
