    Me and family went to have fun and when we paid for are cards the girl that helped us never told us we couldnt get a refund or that they didnt give refunds also its no where stated that on the website inside the place no where there is no sighn that states no refunds there is no police shown anywhere and we had a family emergency and had to leave we didnt use are play cards at all didnt play no games we literally just purchased and then asked for a refund since we didnt use the cards we asked to speak to a manager and ***** d major came saying he couldnt give us a refund and it states it on the policy behind the card but when we first came the girl didnt tell us the policy or that there was no refund and we didnt even get the card till after we paid so how can we know that when we didnt get the card to after they took our money? Its not fair and really bad business I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he wasnt going to call him and he would just tell us the same thing. We really want our refund we think its fair and the right thing to do we feel as if we got robbed going this place of business..

    Hello,

    On all of our cards it states that guests are not entitled to a cash refund for any unused portion.   Our cards do not expire so our guests can use these cards and reload these cards as much or whenever they prefer.  Again this policy is stated on the back of the card they had purchased and if the guest were to ask the question prior to purchasing our staff would have happily explained the policy and let them know that we do not give refunds on game cards.      I am rejecting this response because:

    You guys keep saying it says in the back of the cars you dont give refund but no one told us you guys didnt get refund till after purchase also there is no sighn no one inside building ablut ** refunds on purchase and they didnt even give us the play cards till AFTER WE PURCHASED!! That dont make any sense how would we know about no refund when we didnt get the cards till after we purchws d nobody told us anything . If we woulda knew ahead of time maybe we wouldent have purchased it was a family emergency you would think a business would be more understanding no they were rude and kept telling us it said on back on play card no refund but we didnt even get the play card till after we purchased and nobody told us anything no sighn inside nowhere! Its not fair to us we dont live in Bakersfield so us keeping the card for a later time wouldent benefit us they really wouldent be kind and just give us the money back is rude!

    - date: May 5th 2024 - $200 - Credits and the games for the credits (specifically the go karts)- The business stopped the karts after only 1 min instead of the 6 total minutes they should give. L - They didnt resolve the issue of fairly giving back the credits or refunding; instead they kicked us out and humiliated & disrespected us

    Hello,

    After receiving the safety instructions these guests did the exact opposite. They removed seat belts while driving, removed visors, and started to intentionally ram their karts into others causing several safety issues.  We had to remove them from the karts over safety concerns and when we did they became combative and belligerent. We had to have them removed from our establishment by security. The police were called as well.  There is a disclaimer on all of our game cards that reads. "Guests will not be entitled to a cash refund of any unused portion."
