    Be Careful with this company, they came out to my 72 year old mother's house to service her air conditioner and the Service Tech ********* told her she needed a entire new compressor and air conditioning unit needed to be replace. It was service by ******** in June who never indicated and leak or need for new compressor. She decided to get a second opinion from ******** before completely replacing. ******** service tech went up and found the lines cut! The manager **** from air solutions accused her of cutting the lines. My mother walks with a can and has never climbed the roof. This company will scam you. Now 10k later she will have to replace her entire unit. This company cut my mom's lines on 7/22/2024 and ******** confirmed and discovered lines were cut. The tech the day before told my mom she had a leak and need a complete replacement but said nothing about cut lines! When she called American Home shield who uses this company to service the home, they said they use reputable companies and hung up on my mom. She is on a fixed income and this is a scam! She pays her premium every month.

    This is simply not true, we found the wires all melted together, and yes we attempted to clean the wires up until we noticed that the compressor had just been replaced, we would never accuse the customer of doing something like this, if fact it was the previous company that this customer should be upset at as they are the ones who installed this compressor to begin with, all you need to do is look at their many complaints versus ours and I think you'll come to your own decision, We have attempted many times to contact this home owner but they refuse to take our call, if these frivolous accusations continue we will have no choice to *** for slander as this affects our business,  Again we would be more than happy to show all the pictures we took on the day of the appointment, this needs to stop now and you really need to focus all this frustration and anger towards the right company which is not us, thank you
