      Put in our app, paid the fee ($40) and had a normal enough experience with the ladies in the office, even chatting about how one was from the area we are attempting to get out of and relocate to this area. (we had driven 4 hours round trip to pay and put in an app here) A few days go by and they called to ask a simple question, which I clarified no problem, they said a couple more days to go through some things. A month went by. No calls, no emails, no letter, no approval or denial, just ridiculous! We thought they had to at least follow the housing laws and approve or deny us, and a reason as to why, thinking that this company would have to be on the up and up. After a month had gone by and practically no communication on their end, my husband called and left messages for them to also not respond to. I checked the website at that point and the property we had applied to was taken off, conveniently, however we are still extremely unsure as to why we were regarded with avoidance to this issue. I don't see how they could have rented it without first at least approving or denying us? Very disappointed in this property management company and their lack of professionalism. My best advice is to avoid them, definitely do not waste your time and money driving out of area to apply with them, they will only give you the run-around.

      Front desk receptionist is incredibly rude and unprofessional, along with the entire company. Took my deposit and first months rent then tried to change the price of the rent by an extra $200. I said that was ridiculous so they decided I was right and kept it the same. After that took 2 months to finally move in . They never called to update me about anything throughout the process, I had to call for any type of information.Prior to moving out I requested a move out inspection. They set a date with me and they never showed up. I asked that they call and tell me about any charges they were going to deduct from my deposit since they denied an inspection, but i never received a call. ****** to get ahold of anyone on that building is nearly impossible. Save your money and time and avoid this place.

      Front desk staff needs to be educated on. Today's currency that people do get paid verifiably do electronical Cash apps, and then you work on the customer service.We're looking for any reason to deny me. I wasn't there twice less than 1 minute each time.

      Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental company. Please beware if you choose to get involved with Able.
      My family and I placed a deposit on a home that was still needing repairs by their contractor. After over a month of no answers from them, they contact me to say the house is ready to move in and to pick up the keys. I view the place before moving in and when I arrive, there’s trash piles in the back yard, a fence that’s attached to a gate and collapsing, rotted wood in the kitchen cupboards, laundry room reeking of cat urine, exposed wiring in a garage with multiple holes in the roof, and a noose hanging from the banisters. I asked them if anyone from the Able viewed the property and they informed me no. At this point, they inform me their contractor will clean the place up further. After another two weeks, I get the same call, and go to check out the house. Holes in the roof, rotted cupboards, and collapsing fence are not repaired. I was told there would absolutely be no further repairs, and to come grab my check if I didn’t like it. I asked if Justin would rent a place with holes in the roof, and he responded “I don’t know, I’m not renting it”. No one from Able will view the property, and refuse to when I ask. They are blindly trying to rent a property with structural damage, and will not listen to tenants when asked for help. Able is an incredibly unethical company waiting to be sued.
