    I applied to a rental listing with the company about a month ago, all requested documents were submitted and uploaded. Myself and the other party who applied made well over 3x the months rent & met all qualifications listed on the rental agreement form. I was charged 100$ for the background check etc & was never contacted in regards to the listing & it has now been rented out. This company not only failed to notify me in regards to this listing but is refusing to provide any status updates on the application whether it was approved or denied?
    I wish to get information in regard to my information on the application & want answers was to why I was not approved , nor informed , even though I've met all request that were listed. I would like a full refund from the company , I no longer wish to do business with them.

    Please see attached the reasons for Denial of the applicant.  Our policy is to consider the applicants with all the Complete verifications that have been returned.  We did spend time requesting and processing their applications. I did speak to the applicant several times regarding her verifications.  Our company policy is not to refund the application fee once we have done our due diligence in regards to the processing of our applicants.   We will not be able to refund any monies to this applicant.

    On February 15, 2022, we signed an agreement with Playa Azul Property Management in good faith, trusting they would act at all times in our best interests and carry out every decision related to our property based on mutual accord and after our approval, following fiduciary duties. Unfortunately, we were deceived by their “values” and “Services” lies.

    Thanks to Playa Azul Property Management's breach of contract and negligence, on August 3, 2022, at 10:53 am, we received a move-out date request for August 31, 2022, from the tenants, and we must protect ourselves to ensure they will be accountable for their actions if the tenants leave or fail to pay the rent.

    To whom it may concern: 
    We represent Playa Azul Property Management (hereinafter "Playa Azul") in regards to the allegations and complaints made by Mr. **** ****** and Mrs. ******** ******* / ***** ******-******* (hereinafter "Claimants"). We are in receipt of Claimants' complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau on August 13, 2022. Please accept this letter as Playa Azul's formal response to Claimants' complaint. Please also note that our investigation of Claimants' allegations remain ongoing. 
    In sum, Claimants allege the following, and Playa Azul responds: 
    I. Property Located at 1**** *********** ****** ************ ** 
    Claimants: Claimants' make the following general allegation that "[Playa Azul] continued to retaliate by using all kinds of schemes to repudiate their contractual obligations, conceiving imaginary plots to justify their denials and fantasizing grounds to force [Claimants] to bear their responsibilities." 
    Playa Azul: Playa Azul vehemently denies this. Playa Azul has not engaged in any of the aforementioned conduct, and there is no evidence to support the contrary. Please see attached Declaration of Playa Azul property manager, ****** ***** 
    Claimants: Playa Azul negligently misrepresented the condition of the property to Claimants, causing Claimants to pay repairs not covered by tenants' Security Deposit, in the amount of $10,493.71.
