    I submitted a rental application but after inquiring how much more the pet fees would be I contacted them first thing 8am Monday morning to cancel my paid application and they gave me a run around about helping woth the fees and then they said unfortunately they cant and they ran my report and now its unfortunately non refundable . This felt like a scam

    Plaza Azul Property management has failed to make necessary repairs, taken months to perform the most minor of repairs, and most recently canceled two requests in a row for extermination of a severe ant infestation. Upon my second request they canceled my online portal making further requests impossible. There has been bulging water damage in the ceiling which was never addressed for over 6 months. My sink was left inoperable for over 2 months despite many requests. I have never missed or been late with rent.
