      It has been one thing after another. For the initial setup they sent me a nasal mask when it should have been pillows. I just placed an order for the dreamware cushions, but I received more pillows. It was explained that the representative i spoke to put the order in for Silicone Nasal Pillow Cushions vs Silicone Nasal Cushions so the department that gets the orders ready to ship did not question the order and sent me more pillows when I am already returning previous pillows. My Airsense 10 which as of today I have had for 2 months stared making breathing sounds around the air filter. I called to inquire since this is supposed to be a new machine. I was told to setup a replacement and once I received the replacement I would need to send off my machine for diagnostic. I was sent a like to start the process only to never receive and email or any communication from the company they use for repairs. When I called Better Night again, I was told that since my machine is under warranty that it wouldn't have gone to that company as they are for out-of-warranty repairs. I canceld the repair/replacement. The sleep coaches are wonderful. While the representatives are extremely professional and nice, attention to details like order numbers/product numbers are overlooked causing delays in needed equiptment. I will be discussing all this with my ** to let her know about all the troubles in the 2 months I've been with Better Night and see if there is another avenue we can explore in regards to companies.

      This company *****... They sent me a bill to my new address, but sent my medical supplies to my old address. Once we contacted them, they told us it was our responsibility to track the package, lol... whatever, I've wasted more time than I should with these morons...
