My cars were towed of my private property in process the tow company destroyed my gates and took 5 cars. After 12 days when went to retrieve my vehicles they only gave me one of them ( the one with the most fees) the other four that are valued more they claim they have destroyed them and send it to scrap. I asked for proof of it being scrapped and proof of notice being send to me to which they replied they don’t need to let me know before crushing them even tho it’s only been 12 days they have my cars. They said it was sent to SA Recycling and after SA Recycling representative admitted that they have not recipe any of those vehicles, at that point the tow company said that they crushed it themselves ( they don’t have dismantler license) I have a recording of them saying they crushed it and they never gave me a receipt for it being crushed or copy of the notice to be scrapped they submitted the explanation was they don’t need to let me know when they crush my car. This is unacceptable and can not go unpunished. At the buttom I have included the pictures of papers that they said gives them the right to smash my car without first doing lien sale or even sending me notice which is not true. On the paper below there is no officer name or even date when it was authorized. THIS IS A CRIME!

kern county code compliance call in the tows and had to get a warrant to access property. The vehicles that were towed were stripped, and non-complete worth less the $500 the law says kern county code compliance can give a junk slip for any vehicle with value less then $500 and they sent out the correct information for that. The owner of the vehicles were sent out a notices and also when you came by my office i gave you a copy. The box truck you picked up was worth more then $500 that's why we had that truck still to start a lien.Initial Complaint

They charged me 3 hours towing and the guy came stay 15 mins and my truck was on union Ave and they r on union they said the cops made them stay but I was there and it only took 15 mins to hook up my truck and drive off and they charged me $50 for a lien and the lien can't even be sent out until 15 days so$925 for towing $ 477 for 8 days in storage $1452.00 for that short distance they drove completely Outrageous and excessiveBusiness Response
