      January 2025 the towing business was hired by the apartment manager to *** **** improper parked cars or any untagged cars instead the property targets specific cars of their interest to tow and tow late at night provides a 3 day sticker but tows the next day without notice , they are not putting stickers on every car with the same problems they are choosing which cars they have interest in , its unfair and not right for us as people to get our property taken but yet there is 20+ cars with the same issue , the business is not legit or fair to the customer by doing so . They need to be closed or investigated for their injustices and actions.

      I am not sure who this individual is, we log all vehicles by the last six of the vin, how ever all vehicles that are towed do get a 96hrs tow tag violation and if the violation is not taken care of before the deadline vehicles are towed. If this person is not  satisfied they can call management when they see other violators and they will be tagged as well. We do not target any specific vehicles. All vehicles violating will be tagged and towed if not taken care of before the 96hr.

      Tow truck said car registration is expired so they towed it but the registration is current and up to date. They were on private property and didnt stop and let me pay the drop fee before they left the private property and they took it to a city 30 miles away and are charging me 325$ for one day. They towed my car illegally and they also towed it incorrect as the emergency brake was active so it was dragging my tires the whole 30 min drive I have videos of the tire marks they left from driving with the emergency brake on aswell as 5 witnesses my windshield is cracked now and my back bumper was scraping the entire time they where dragging it causing damage to my back bumper aswell

      They are committing fraud my brother had got the TOP permit to get the car out of the impound and they still said they need an updated registration for the expired tags.

      My car was parked in my personal driveway not blocking any sidewalk or anyone in and this company came and just towed my car away. I found him a few streets over and asked him why he took it. He said that it had a suspended registration which was a lie and then he told me that my car was actually blocking the sidewalk which was another lie because he couldn't show me a picture of that or prove it. then he proceeded to tell me if I pay him $250 cash only that I can have my car back or go through the whole legal process. Come to find out he did it again today to my neighbor.. he only allowed me to pay cash. I couldn't use card or anything. I'm assuming that's because there's no paper trail. Fraud fraud illegal scam. This company is ridiculous.

      This business towed my car from a apartment building with out a business license from the city of Wasco in order to do business in ****************** Nobles Towing is also in violation of state vc codes that state the process of how and when towing should be done.No body from the apartments authorized the towing of the vehicle properly before towing.This business has numerous reviews online with claims of predatory towing.And unlawfully towing.And this is exactly what happen to my car.

      She was parked on the firelane, and she stated that she had been doing it for years, she is one of the reasons why management is enforcing the parking regulations. We started enforcing on July 1st and we were told by *************** that we just needed to make sure that they get reported immediately and that was all we needed to tow from their city. Then they said to get it even if our lot was not in the city and we did. We follow all the rules and regulations, she needs to stop illegally parking on a location that she is not a resident to or any other place if she does not Want to be towed. Firelane is a Firelane regardless.

       I am rejecting this response because:This car on the picture does not show the other side of the curb parked in red.The Red is only seen in front of.the car.Regradless of where that car was parked Nobles Towing did not have the proper license do  to do business in ******And She was informed by *************** of this.So the date that car was towed no license was on file ,she got the license after.that day.So the car was Illegally towed.

      We asked *************** before we started Towing from wasco. They stated on nothing was needed when we started on July 1st 2024, otherwise we would have acquired it immediately. And the entire curve area is painted red, there is no parking permitted.

       I am rejecting this response because:The facts are the day my car was towed you Nobles Towing did need a permit from the city of ***** to Operate and tow within the city.My car was Illegally towed.Nobles towing had not right to tow with Wasco city limits.Its not my problem you was informed by the city of this on July 1st.and you finding out later after my car was towed.NOBLES TOWING needs to refund my money $250 and take it as a ****** learned.And go *** the city if you choose.

      6/23/24 Amount Paid: $475. Nobles towing needs to have their business license revoked. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with, besides my property managers who allow this scam company to steal vehicle from their residences while we're home. I understand the purpose of a tow company but when they are shystey about their business that is not okay. This company is impossible to get ahold of, only gives you a couple hour window to call They require you to have your license, registration and insurance and I was like okay this process should be easy license and registration are in my vehicle already, but nope they had taken out my registration and then acted like it just wasn't in there and then pushed my to go to this one specific company to purchase a copy of my registration, I'm assuming it was either their other business or a friends business they were trying to send me too because when I saw he was being pushy about it I mean it. So overall they are an unethical business and don't deserve to do busy anymore All the bad reviews cant be lies.And yes there are specific laws to protect consumers on private property...very spicific.Wich they ignore.And act as if your not able to do anything. Well we will see. was parked for five minutes and was within 10 feet of my car. The town truck backed up and sped up to hook my car. The driver was telling his dispatch that we're blocking someone's driveway which was a complete lie. He then proceeded to tell us good luck getting your car. When we went to the location we noticed you could only get back your car by appointment. We made an appointment to get our car back we were told we owed 500 in fees including an "after hours" fee despite them still out looking for cars, they will only release your car to you IF you sign that there is no damage and no items were stolen, however they have you sign this before you're even allowed to see your car. This company needs to be investigated ASAP

      This tow company stole two of my vehicles last night! They saying the fire department had them tow it. But our camera shows them pulling up looking at the cars and then towing them! No sheriff complaint or fire department complaints they said they didnt even get a call that day. They are thieves!

      parking is prohibited on the driveway they are supposed to park in the garage or on the street. it is on the parking rules and regulations. they chose to ignore them and the posted signs in front. we get daily complaints from other tenants about people parking. and they are having a hard time exiting their driveway. that is a fire hazard and we will continue to tow vehicles that are disrespectful to others and keep breaking the rules.
