      Personal items were missing. They threw items away.i never received an inventory list.they didn't take pic of **************** was missing.

      I think Nobles towing goes around KERN county lurking for cars to tow. Then the process of getting your vehicle is unpleasant. You call and there's no answer, till you email then sometime later you get a response. The location is in a unsettling area of the city 2201 Wedding ln. ***********, **. ***** when your receipt says 4527 Panama ln D3 234. After your vehicle has been towed it costs $475 to get it back when it hasn't been 24 hours. Charge after charge of unreasonable add ons and your limited form of payment. Cash or Zelle, no debit or credit card to trace back your charges. You hand over your currency waiting for someone to bring back a carbon copy receipt behind some gate no office to wait in. Also, you sign that everything is ok when you don't even know yet. While your vehicle gets brought from some odd auto pound, then you can't physically inspect and just watch from behind a gate irate as you get your keys and drive off. All this when Nobles towing won't provide pictures of what your vehicle looks like when it was taken by them showing the infraction.

      ************* was parked for five minutes and was within 10 feet of my car. The town truck backed up and sped up to hook my car. The driver was telling his dispatch that were blocking someones driveway which was a complete lie. He then proceeded to tell us good luck getting your car. When we went to the location we noticed you could only get back your car by appointment. We made an appointment to get our car back we were told we owed 500 in fees including an after hours fee despite them still out looking for cars, they will only release your car to you IF you sign that there is no damage and no items were stolen, however they have you sign this before youre even allowed to see your car. This company needs to be investigated ASAP.
