      Honestly worst customer service. I spoke with somebody named Channel and she had the worst attitude, you can clearly hear it through the phone. When I had asked for the spelling of her name she hung up and didn't even give me the chance to say what I needed to say or ask. I work in customer service know how it can be but she was not giving the time of day. I know the calls are recorded and understand that some people have rough days, but she was straight out rude. The fact that she hung up on me and didn't address my question just says a-lot about the company. I couldn't call back bc the line was busy or she kept declining my calls. This was the worst service I had to deal with in a really long time. I hope she realizes she needs to clean up her tone. I don't know what branch she works at but all I know is her name is Channel from Rize Credit Union.

      Buyer beware! Horrible bank, doesn't care about the customer, doesn't honor contracts, will threaten you and ruin your credit, have no sense of organization and make you feel like they have a sense of entitlement and are allowed to make mistakes but will drop the hammer if you make one. I was a customer for a very long time when it was known as SCE FCU. It seems like when it changed to Rize, although the staff may have stayed the same, the principals that made SCE such a great bank might have fizzled away along with the name.

      Always fast, friendly, and efficient service at this branch. They have been my main SCE Fed CU since 2015. I have a grand experience here and i highly recommend their services and rates.
