      Due to unforeseen circumstances I will not be able to make the fool in love festival this upcoming Saturday, August 31. Im looking to get a full refund and understand that requesting and potentially getting this refund approved, deactivates my wristband for the festival.

      On April 19th I purchased Concert tickets held by live nation event date was June 27th. The tickets were purchased through my ****** account on Ticketmaster. I initially attempted to resolve this with Ticketmaster through ******, but I was told that the event organizers denied my refund request and any further issues would need to be handled directly with live nation. Isnt live nation owned by ************ ? The tickets explained that the concert would be rain or shine. I purchased two GA tickets and two club access tickets. The club access ticket allowed access into the venue before and during the concert with access to the building. When we arrived at the concert, it was raining. people were standing outside of the gates and being told they were not allowed in. The event organizers allowed VIP in to the gates, but no other ticket holders . We went to event staff and attempted to get in since we had club access tickets. We were told by event staff with live nation that it was not fair to let some people in and not everyone. We purchased a ticket to have access to the building and they said they were still not letting anyone in. They also said it would be more difficult to do refunds if they scanned our tickets. We were told to seek shelter and the update would happen at 8 PM. Staff said the event had to start because of a noise ordinance that prevented the concert from lasting past 1030. We went to a nearby restaurant and waited but the venue did not update their website until after 8 PM. This caused us to leave thinking that the concert had been canceled. Regardless, we purchase tickets that said we were allowed into a building before and during a concert and we were denied access because of weather, something the ticket stated they would not do. I should at least be refunded for the club access ticket I purchased since the organizers did not honor their agreement.Live nation is also misleading customers to think its the venue denying refunds when it is not.

      We act as the agent to those who provide events, such as artists, venues, teams, fan clubs, promoters, and leagues (the Event Organizer). We generally sell tickets on behalf of the Event Organizer, though, in some rare instances, we may own a small number of tickets as part of our services contract with the Event Organizer. When you purchase a ticket for an event that is located in the *************, **************** will be handling the transaction and collecting payment for the Event Organizer. When you purchase a ticket for an event that is located in ******, ************************ will be handling the transaction and collecting payment for the Event Organizer.
      If you purchase a resale ticket through our Site, you will be purchasing that ticket from either (a) a reseller who is not an Event Organizer, such as other fans, season ticket holders, or professional resellers, or (b) in limited circumstances, the Event Organizer. Tickets that are obtained from unauthorized sources, and not directly through our Site, may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and, if so, are void.
      If you chose to leave the event before they made a official announcement, you did so of your own free will. All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, as explained in the Refunds, Credits, and Exchanges section, and the Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled and Moved Events section of our Purchase Policy. You bear all risks of inclement weather.       I am rejecting this response because:

      I spoke to customer service agents and was led to believe the event organizer was the venue. I was told Live Nation was reaching out to the event organizers. Were they reaching out to themselves?

      Also the event organizers are responsible for not allowing people in the venue. I paid for a ticket to an indoor area. I was denied access. I would like to understand why we were not allowed into the venue. The description of what I purchased is clear. I have a witness to the events and social media posts to show this happening. 
      Live nation was not honest about who was responsible for refund requests. They said they reached out to the event organizers and the refund was denied. When I called Ticketmaster/livenation I was told the venue denied the refund request. I reached out to the venue who said they have no financial dealings with the ticket sales, or the event staff brought on by live nation. Event staff and the decision to not let people in to an event they paid for is the issue I have. I bought a specific ticket that should have been unaffected by weather. Only a certain number of these tickets were sold so it should not have been affected by capacity. Why were we denied access to the building? Also live nation event staff told people to seek shelter. This is also on social media posts made by the event.
      The parking at the venue was full so the only shelter would have been the venue I paid to have access to, or offsite parking. Since I was told it would be unfair to let people in to the venue I had only one option. Multiple event staff reiterated noise ordinance regulations that would prevent the concert from going past a certain time and that if the concert didnt start by 8 it would be canceled.

      I would like a refund for my purchase. At the very least I should be refunded for the club access ticket because your event organizers staff did not properly uphold the obligations of the ticket.

      I apologize for the inconvenience you may have experienced. As you mentioned, your event was rain or shine. The event was not cancelled. ***** were delayed but show did happen in its entirety. For these reasons, the Event Organizer is not authorizing refunds for this event.

      This complaint is against Front Gate Tickets, bought 2 tickets for the When Were Young Festival on October 20th, for a total of 900$, which buying the tickets itself was a hassle, I was charged for them but didn't receive the confirmation for over a week all while trying to get in contact with them. Anyways, I've been trying to cancel my order since I was offered and accepted a job outside the country so I'll be moving and WILL NOT be able to attend the event. I didn't receive a single response from a human, all I got was an automated email saying they couldn't cancel my order. I will not stand and let my money go to wasted, they don't even have a resell option available on their page.

      I honestly think this is not fair, I've seen thousands of cases on reddit and other social media platforms where people have gotten cancellations for similar issues. I am asking for a bit of empathy, the event is 2 months away, there is no way I'll be able to resell the tickets. You can deduct a cancellation fee from the refund, but I won't just stand and lose my money.

      Hi, Unfortunately I will not be able to attend the festival this Saturday due to testing postive with Covid. I am requesting a refund in full since the price drop is making it impossible to sell at the price I originally bought it at. I have contacted front gate tickets personally and they are denying any type of refund. Given the unforeseen personal circumstances I would kindly like to request a full refund of my $346.31 ticket. Thank you

      On February 16, 2024 I bought presale tickets for the Fool in Love festival. I signed up for the payment plan for the presale to avoid prices increasing during general sale. I spent $650 for two (2) tickets that totaled to $730.62 after taxes and fees (I have attached a photo of my order number and receipt). Currently, on August 26, 2024 the tickets are being sold at two (2) tickets for only $200 (I have attached a photo of the current price). The presale was advertised as if it was the best sale/price opportunity to purchase tickets. I feel as though this is a scam and not what was advertised in order to sign up for the presale price.

      I purchased these tickets for an event called Fool in love from front gate tickets back on February 16. Both tickets I purchased grand total came out to $652.62. Now those same exact tickets can be purchased for half that price and I believe this company should at least refund some of the money back to the people who bought within the first few hours of these tickets going on sale. They dont respond to any comments made on any of their social media post concerning any of the dropping of prices . I purchased these tickets to attend once in a lifetime type concert, but now I regret purchasing the tickets considering I am traveling from ***********, ***** to ***********, simply for this concert and this has simply left a bad taste in my mouth due to the handling of ticket prices. I am requesting a full refund if possible because I do not want to support this event and the thieves that are running it as a whole. I have uploaded my receipt of two general mission tickets that I purchased, and I also uploaded an image of what those same exact tickets are going for now. Any help would greatly be appreciated and I will never purchase tickets again live nation.

      I paid hundreds of dollars to Front Gate Tickets, for 2 tickets I paid $670, and now theyre selling them for $200. We were told back when they first went on sale buying tier 1, back when they first went on sale would be the cheapest option so I was seeking a refund for what I had paid because I wouldve waited out had they not said it was cheapest to buy it then before dropping the price hundreds of dollars.

      I paid for 3 tickets to a music festival that was supposed to occur on September 7th, 2024. This ticketing company sent an email announcement on 7/11/24 about the venue of the music festival being changed to another location, but still in the same city. They offered customers a refund for the venue change, but I did not request a refund because the venue change does not affect my ability to attend the festival. HOWEVER, the company failed to inform buyers that the DATE of the festival changed as well. This DOES affect my ability to attend. Therefore, I requested a refund with customer service because the email they sent says NOTHING about a date change, only a venue change. They are refusing to refund my order, despite lack of communication on their part. Their website still says the concert is planned for September 7th, even though the artist has posted a changed date. They have not taken any responsibility for this lack of notification regarding the date change. I have attached the email below, which shows that they only announced a venue change. I also attached the order confirmation.

      I bought two general admission tickets for $600. Plus $50 for layaway plan when they went on sell. And now the price dropped to two tickets for price of $200.
