      On April 22, 2024 the Fool In Love Festival went onsale to the public. I purchased two general admission tickets for $672.62.The website stated there was a 'Tiered' process which threatens the prices will go up, if that **** sells out. On the sale day the prices did go up, and we purchased 'Tier 2' prices for General Admission (**). However, recently, one can only assume due to lack of sales, the price has substantially gone down, to $200 for GA and two GAs for $350. Also, the website removed the 'Tier' wording and dropped the prices. This 'trickery' in my opinion is unfair to the consumer, to substantially increase the price for threats of a Tiered price only to drop it. We have reached out to the Fool In Love Festival to ask for an upgrade, at least. But haven't heard anything. It's appears to be an unfair act to trick to consumer into buying a product at an extremely high dollar amount only to astronomically drop the price a few months later.Since then, there has been zero communication about the festival to concert goers regarding maps, schedules, times, safety, emergency exits, hydration stations EMS, **** nothing. At a minimum I request a refund on the price paid or have an upgrade. This is not a resale, the price is on the website of the Fool In Love Festival.Thanks for your consideration.

      On 2/16/2024 I purchased tickets for the Fool In Love festival scheduled for 8/31/2024 for $672. This was the price for 2 general admission tickets. Those same tickets are now being sold on their same website for $200 for 2 tickets. *** tried reaching out to directly to receive a refund and have not heard back.

      I purchase two GA+ tickets to the Fool In Love Festival during the month of February 2024 for a total of $1,267.62. I am no longer able to attend this festival due to health reasons and would like a full refund. I have reached out via Instagram and email and have not heard back from the company regarding this.

      I purchased two tickets to the Fool in Love festival in good faith back in February at a price of $652. Now, the same tickets are being sold for a much lower price. This creates a sense of unfairness to those that purchased right away, almost as if Im being penalized for buying early when many events do encourage early purchases by offering lower ticket prices. The value of my purchase has diminished due to the reduction in ticket prices. This means that if I were to buy the same tickets now, Id be able to do so at a much lower cost. This discrepancy diminishes the perceived value of the original purchase.My personal circumstances have also changed, and I will be out of the country in ******* during the festival. Since I cannot attend the event, I am requesting a full refund, especially since ticket resale might not guarantee I can recover the full value I originally paid. Refunds in this situation can be a way for the event organizers to maintain good customer relations. Providing a full refund would demonstrate that Live Nation values their customers and are willing to address any issues arising from unexpected changes in circumstances or price discrepancies.Thank you, and please let me know if theres any further information I may provide at this time. -**************

      Hi, I purchased a VIP ticket for the Fool in Love Fest (Order #*********) on Feb 16, 2024. The Fool in Love Fest is scheduled to take place August 31, 2024. Live Nation is a producer of this event, along with RedRock Entertainment. I purchased my ticket on February 16 at its original price of $735. Since then, the price of a VIP ticket has been reduced several times. Currently VIP tickets are being sold 2 for the price of 1 for $450. I am a requesting a partial refund of the difference in price from my initial purchase price.When I contacted the company handling tickets for this event, Front Gate Tickets,(request ********) on August 15, this is the response I received:We have reviewed your request for a refund or upgrade regarding your order #*********. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your refund or upgrade at this time as the festival's event organizer is not authorizing us especially since the current tickets are cheaper than what you had paid for. I know that this is not what you wanted to hear and as much as we love to help you with your request, sadly we are not able to do that as our hands are tight and we don't have any control over the guidelines being set up by the event organizer. They didn't state that we should have a reimbursement or other way to accommodate you with the price before and now. Regarding exchanges and upgrades, we have a policy that the price per ticket of the new order must be equal to or greater than the tickets you want to exchange to.

      I have been noticing constant changes in pricing for tickets I have paid for. I had bought tickets for the event of Fool in Love fest. I had noticed that this week, the price dropped to 200 for two tickets when I paid way more than that. It seems unfair to see constant changes in prices, especially to those who bought tickets earlier and the price difference is huge.

      I purchased two Fool In Love music festival tickets - General Admission - from this company on 02/16/2024 for $650 (subtotal). They have since gone on sale: two general admission tickets for $350. On 07/25/2024, I emailed festival organizers requesting I be issued the difference in price. On 07/26/24, I received response from a **** of Fool In Love who stated this cannot be accommodated. I am seeking the support of BBB to ensure that I receive the price difference of the sale price versus my transaction which should total about $300.

      Front gate tickets is now selling tickets for fool in love festival two for the price of one. Earlier this year I purchased two for $670 and now two are only $200. Ive contacted front gates to either issue a full refund or the difference and honor the price that they are now, but they have denied my request. Seeing as I had to put this purchase on a layaway plan, I do not find it fair that the business is okay of robbing people of their money. As a business they shouldve known many customers would be upset by this, they shouldve prepared better on their end. I would like help with a full refund as I no longer would like to give money to a business like this. This has been a terrible experience and I hope others do not have to experience this. Its very infuriating that theyre very okay with taking from people.

      My family and I bought 5 General Admission Tier 3 tickets during Pre-Sale for $376.31 each. We also purchased ticket insurance for a total of $220.00 and were charged a layaway fee of $20.00. In total after 5 monthly payments, we spent $2,121.55 on these tickets. I heard rumors of the event charging less for the tickets so I went to see for myself and the rumors were true. They are now selling 2 General Admission tickets for $200 on their website ******************************************************************************* I have seen multiple people complain that when they have emailed Fool In Love directly to request a refund and are denied. This company has also violated Senate Bill 478 of California which intends to "prohibit drip pricing, which involves the advertising a price that is less than the actual price that a consumer will have to pay for a good or service". This bill was put into effect July 1, 2024 and applies to event and concert tickets. It is very unfair to the people like my family and myself who over-paid for these tickets just for the company to sell them for half the price as the event gets closer. Please help me get my full refund for these tickets. Thank you.
