      I sold 2 tickets for the Elton John concert in Phoenix AZ; the tickets sold for $1000 on 6/18/22 and I received an email from Ticketmaster. After 2 weeks of no payment, I received an email stating my payment account was not valid. No indication of what was wrong. I went into the account, couldn't find an issue, so deleted and re-added the checking account info. Ticketmaster sent 2 small amounts to that account to verify, and I verified it on 7/7/22. In the online account it shows the checking account is valid. Following Ticketmaster instructions, I waited 10 days...no payment. there is no way to contact Ticketmaster via phone, you are forced to use their Contact Us chat in the account. I have been contacting that chat daily, providing specific info and asking why I have not received payment. I contacted my bank, who verified there is no issue on their end. Instead of researching the issue, the agent repeatedly sends a canned response to 'wait 7-10 days' - no matter how many times I explain it's been well over 10 days. There does not appear to be any way to escalate or get another agent, and this one in the chat continues to send nonsense answers - "wait until your tickets are sold" - which tells me the Ticketmaster agents make no attempt to actually look at your account or verify the issue. Ticketmaster owes me $1000.00.

      The tickets sold on 6/18, so it's been 37 days I've waited for reimbursement - yet this rep also quotes a generic 7 days. This does not at all address the issue and Ticketmaster still owes me $1000.

      I purchased 5 concert tickets in June 2021 through Ticketmaster for a concert that was supposed to occur in February of 2022. The show was postponed and eventually canceled by the performer. I was informed by Ticketmaster that I would be refunded for the tickets within 30 days. This was months ago. It is July 2022 and I still have still not received a refund for the show that was canceled 5 months ago. I have attempted to contact Ticketmaster customer service at least a dozen times. There is no phone number to actually speak to a person, everything is done through email or their automated system. Every time I write, I am told my concern has been escalated and I will receive a response in 3-5 days. I never receive a response. This company is a huge scam that continues to be allowed to operate despite their fraudulent business practices and absolute lack of customer service or customer recourse.

      I have tried numerous times to communicate with a representative regarding not recieving my money from tickets that were sold. It has been over 30 days and according to your guidelines I should have been recieve the funds. I am requesting for immediate action and for the amount owed to me to be paid immediately.

      Concert tickets were re-sold back through ticket master (per attached e-mail). Process to verify checking account for deposit was done but nothing occurred. Concert was March 14 2022. I've tried getting a hold of someone at Ticket Master to get my money and nobody ever gets back to me.

      I purchased tickets through Ticketmaster for my wife and I to a concert on October 7th, 2021. The concert was at the Target Center in Minneapolis, MN on March 13th, 2022. The amount of $544.24 was taken from my checking account and I never received the tickets to that concert. I then had to purchase tickets from the venue to be able to see the concert.

      on 6/5/22 i was looking at tickets for a show, i clicked to continue and the tickets were purchased; i immediately tried to get a refund because i was not sure if i could go to the show. I reached out within minutes and for the last month trying to get a refund. I have been told the venue does not allow refunds and i should "sell" the tickets on their app. That option is not available to use for this event. then they you can "transfer" the tickets. i do not have anyone to transfer the tickets too. I want a refund and ticketmaster should refund the money since Ticketmaster had the tickets on their site. they are responsible and do not have any options available for people that just want a refund and that is not acceptable.
