      Worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Takes 2 days minimum to reset a password if you cant receive the reset code. Already cost me when the account forced a reset and couldnt access my tickets, had to purchase new tickets from another vendor. I would not recommend purchasing from Ticketmaster.

      It deserves a negative ***** been on phone for 2 hours because it wont verify my phone number and no reply I went and bought tickets on another site and guess what they own that to i just want a refund this is ridiculous

      If I could make this a zero star I would. Fully understanding the rules about selling my concert tickets, I sold a set of tickets for a show on Friday Oct 4th with the understanding I would receive my money in 5 to 7 business days. On the 8th business day I called Ticketmaster customer service and was told they are not aware of what happened and they would file in an inquiry that would take 5 business days now were up to 13 business days. The following day I received an email stating an additional 10 business days to receive payout. We are now at 23 business days, and almost 30 days overall. The person that bought these tickets went to the show, Ticketmaster has been paid, but here I sit still waiting. Ive called, Ive emailed, Ive messengered and still cannot get an answer or resolve. I keep getting well look into it. Ive had told them I want my money plus their ridiculous fees returned for this inconvenience. As a note my tickets sold through ******* and AXS paid immediately. My advice to anyone is DONT USE TICKETMASTER to sell your tickets. Theyll just keep your money as long as possible.

      Scammers. Sold my tickets in Ticketmaster was told my money will be deposited 5-7 days after tax information was sent. Its been one month they leave me on hold for hours. **************** representative told me the first week that money would be sent that same day. 3 weeks later still nothing. Once I enter my account info on customer service line they already know who I am and dont answer.

      Sold my tickets to ***** ****** early September for her Seattle show since I wont be able to attend. Was emailed to update my information and had to fill out a i9. I updated all of that and called back said I would get my refund in 5-7 business days. Ive called so many times seeing when I get my refund cause its been since September 8th. Its $425.00 least let me know if Im getting it or not. I sold and bought in good faith. Ticketmaster youve failed me to stand up for your service.

      Worst customer service in country. Total capitalism, you are left with no choice but put up with their lack of support and/or service. Issue with payment from *** Ticket Exchange. tickets sold 10/3 and now 10/17 they are still holding money. they are making millions of dollars everyday holding peoples monies plus they already keep 10% of the sale price. Tried calling 800# for days, all you get is a busy signal or one ring and disconnect. sent email and no response. Got thru today at 9 am EST right at the strike of 9, I have now been on waiting for someone to answer for 2 hours, 59 minutes and counting. This is or should be illegal.....

      Bought tickets and they were in my apple wallet and when I got to the concert they said that my tickets were sold. I filed a fraud ticket on 9/23 and its 10/17 with no update. I have been on hold with ticketmaster over 50 minutes just trying to speak to someone. Their customer service is horrible and I am still out of my money!

      I can't buy any tickets from their site or app. It keeps saying "times up" the instant the site loads. **************** has been a joke and it looks like all the information about events that I went to are either lost forever or Ticketmaster can do their job and fix the issue that is on their end. I know how tech works and before contacting them I have done everything they said they were suggest. Fix the issue and you can have more of my money, it's not that hard. I will be contacting the all the Executives and it's sad that I have to resort to this measure just to get a simple solution solved. I'm tired of incompetence in this world.

      I bought a ticket for Judas Priest in ***** for 10/16/24. Ticketmaster showed that tickets were selling fast and running low on seats. I bought the cheapest ticket from them for $89 plus the service fee. Also they included a shipping and handling for $10 which I did not request. After purchasing the ticket I was curious to check the prices after a couple hours and they were selling tickets for $49 and had plenty of them. I reached out to customer service and they said they couldn't refund me because it was someone else's ticket, which I would never do. This place is a scam and should be shut down.

      Had fraud on my account - I caught it immediately while the person was trying to transfer out the tickets. This was on JUly 29th. I was told by Ticketmaster that it would be sent to their Fraud team and I would hear back in 4-5 business days. It is 2.5 months later and I have NEVER heard back! I have contacted them every week by phone or chat or email. I have been guaranteed escalation and a supervisor to contact me back and NO ONE EVER HAS! WORST CUSTOMER EXPIERENCE EVER!
