      I can't buy any tickets from their site or app. It keeps saying "times up" the instant the site loads. **************** has been a joke and it looks like all the information about events that I went to are either lost forever or Ticketmaster can do their job and fix the issue that is on their end. I know how tech works and before contacting them I have done everything they said they were suggest. Fix the issue and you can have more of my money, it's not that hard. I will be contacting the all the Executives and it's sad that I have to resort to this measure just to get a simple solution solved. I'm tired of incompetence in this world.

      I bought a ticket for Judas Priest in ***** for 10/16/24. Ticketmaster showed that tickets were selling fast and running low on seats. I bought the cheapest ticket from them for $89 plus the service fee. Also they included a shipping and handling for $10 which I did not request. After purchasing the ticket I was curious to check the prices after a couple hours and they were selling tickets for $49 and had plenty of them. I reached out to customer service and they said they couldn't refund me because it was someone else's ticket, which I would never do. This place is a scam and should be shut down.

      Had fraud on my account - I caught it immediately while the person was trying to transfer out the tickets. This was on JUly 29th. I was told by Ticketmaster that it would be sent to their Fraud team and I would hear back in 4-5 business days. It is 2.5 months later and I have NEVER heard back! I have contacted them every week by phone or chat or email. I have been guaranteed escalation and a supervisor to contact me back and NO ONE EVER HAS! WORST CUSTOMER EXPIERENCE EVER!

      I was trying to purchase a ticket for ********* I enrolled in the presale, and every attempt to purchase an available ticket after clicking next it appears no longer available. I tried more than 50 times and always get the same message. I escalated to Ticketmaster support, but same bad experience.I believe Ticketmaster's reselling practice should be more regulated to avoid resellers charge ridiculous prices: This raises concerns about transparency and fairness in the ticketing industry (Ticketmaster double or triple commission for any sale-resale), this create an scenario that benefit a few not the general public (great example of how inflation affect the Americans)I hope that the Better Business Bureau investigate this issue and take appropriate action to address these practices.

      On September 28 i had an event and upon arrival i seen my 4 tickets were transferred without my consent. Contacted ticketmaster and its been almost 3 weeks with no response and apparently its under investigation. I hope theres a lawsuit because i will definitely join in.

      I was charged $69,00 for a main floor seat / which they sold me a balcony seat (2) - totaled $138.0 + ***** fees for processing - totaling $173.50. When I arrived at theater I was told we have balcony seat / these where sold at a cheap cost to other attendees. I was surely over charged. I called cust. Service ***** 10/13 after event and was not helpful regarding the price of balcony seat vs main floor seat! I want to know cost of a balcony seat through Ticketmaster at **********************? Thanks

      I bought tickets, somebody hacked and stole and transferred my tickets to somebody else. I opened up a fraud case, its been a few weeks now, every time I call Ticketmaster, they tell me I have to wait for the fraud department to call me back, but nothing Ive called several times and they keep telling me the same thing. So I dont have any tickets, and Im out my money.

      I had a concert to go to today (jelly roll) but my account got hacked and someone transferred tickets. Contacted the company and they keep giving me the run around. Never again will I order tickets through them.

      It's just an all-around terrible company. If you spend money on tickets they might not actually exist and it could take over a month to get refunded. If you have tickets in your account they can get transferred out of your account and ********************** will do nothing about it. If you sell tickets they will do EVERYTHING to not pay you. Hopefully they won't be around much longer.

      I sold tickets on sept 26, I had to verify my bank account, and my tax form. I did both within 1-2 business days. On my Ticketmaster today 10/10 it says there's a hold on my payout. I called Ticketmaster, took 45 minutes to answer, additionally, I understand it's cheaper to outsource the call centers to other countries but the people on the call lines are very difficult to understand. Not only that, the lady told me I had to do steps 1&2 above and that there was no hold on her end. I tried to explain that I've done 1&2 and that on MY Ticketmaster It said i had a hold (the reason for the call to figure out why there was a hold). The lady proceeded to tell me while speaking over me and not letting me finish my sentence that I must wait 5-7 days, I tried to explain that It's been over 5-7 days, again the lady not letting me speak, not listening to my concern, continued to say the same sentence over and over very loudly. Needless to say, I have no idea when I'll get my money for tickets I had to sell. I have no idea what more to do or fill out or who to contact about this.
