      Their customer service is non-existent. They will have you speaking to bots, then have you wait for hours on end to get connected to an agent.

      A concert was cancelled due to ***** ****** and I had to get my credit card company involved because Ticketmaster wouldnt refund per their policy.

      My ticket was paid for, my account was charged and ticket was verified then cancelled the day before the event. Reason was the 3rd party client over sold the event I have to wait 3 weeks to get my money back and missed the concert. Never again. This is the biggest bait and switch Ive ever seen and should be illegal. Dont use Ticketmaster EVER!!!

      I would give less than a star if possible. I called Ticketmaster immediately, as my account was actually in the process of being hacked. I was part of the data breach in July, so I expected them to be on top of things. The tickets were literally being transferred as I was on the phone, yet the lady told me it would be several days, but that I could call back in a week if there was no resolution. I plan on calling several times per day until things are resolved. Absolutely unacceptable. Can anyone help?

      I just got notified today that my tickets for ****** ***** in ******* in November and my tickets to the Bills at **** game had been transferred. I did not authorize a transfer. How is it possible that a company that has the monopoly in the industry can not protect its customers. This is incredibly frightening that there are not protections in place to prevent this. Something as simple as 2 step verification. I dont know how I will ever feel confident in using Ticketmaster in the future to purchase tickets. I have no choice but to go to the media and join a class action lawsuit. Ticket master has made no effort to make this right. There are hundreds if not thousands of stories out there right now of this happening. Take care of your customers!

      Bought tickets on 05/24 from ticketmaster on line for the **** experience for Oct 5/24. Tried to get our tickets however we were unable to upload on our phone so we were told that the would be a box office at casino ns to get our tickets on the night of the performance. Yesterday I called ticketmaster to find out where the box office would be and we were told we needed a ticket on our phone. Still we were unable to get this on our phone we were told Togo and get an Apple Card for the amount of our tickets ****** and call back. Once this was done we got our tickets on our phone and we were told we would get a refund for the ****** as now we had spent ****** on the tickets but it would take 24 hrs to get our refund. Also ticketmaster told us to send an email through ***** and they told us to put 283 on it when I questioned the 283 the *** told me dont worry you will not be charged, well we were charged but luckily our bank stopped it as fraud. Of course this compromised our credit card and it is cancelled(a new one will be sent to us)So today I called ticketmaster as no refund was received on our credit card and now they want us to get a ****** Apple Card in order to receive our refund at this point I requested them cancel everything and just give us a refund for the first ****** either on our credit card or an e-transfer. They have refused to do that unless we get the other Apple Card. Can you pls assist us with this our original order was 25-22399/QUE

      The horror story of so many customers occurred to me also! Receiving an email my ticket had been transferred on 9/26.Spent HOURS on hold to be told someone would reach out within 3-5 business days. Ive had to flood social media comments to even get a response. Was told their fraud team needed a four digit token to return my ticket I submitted that says ago and still no response and no ticket.Called BACK in, sat on hold for 2 HOURS just for a *** to try and give me the same 3-5 business day spill! When I asked for a manager the *** ended the call.This is the worse customer service and clearly a data breach theyre not taking ownership of.

      Unhelpful and they don't care at all about the customers. I had 4 tickets stolen, their system must have been hacked and they still have not helped me. I called so many times and chatted and emailed. Nothing. The concert was on Oct, 2, 2024. They never helped me get my tickets back. They left me and my party for dead . This was a bday celebration event for my husband. Costing us almost ***** as we were forced to buy resale tickets to attend. Ticketmaster doesn't care, they take your money. lie stating someone will call you back and that your issue would be prioritized based on the date of the concert. Then they tell you a different story when you call. I want my refund for the tickets I purchased that they allowed to get stolen through their digital transfer system. I though I would be safe purchasing tickets directly through Ticketmaster, not a third party or resale tickets, but tickets directly from them. They owe me $700 and should also compensate me for having to buy resale tickets at the last moment in order not to ruin our getaway and **** plans. Buyers BEWARE!!!! Do not buy tickets from Ticketmaster unless they have a immediate print options.

      Had my Ticketmaster tickets fraudulently transferred out of my account tried to get ********************** to help get them back on several occasions.Ticketmaster customer service was unable to help get them transferred back, they gave me a case number and keep telling me someone will call me back. This is unacceptable customer service, they should help there customers retrieve stolen merchandise or offer a refund. We disputed the charges and went straight to the box office to buy tickets for the event. I would recommend anyone attending a event to just buy your tickets at the box office, much cheaper and much safer than using Ticketmaster to buy your tickets.Ticketmaster accounts are convenient but not safe at all to use in my experience.Ticketmaster customer service doesnt seem to know how to help there customers when fraud happens in a timely matter at all
