      Had my Ticketmaster tickets fraudulently transferred out of my account tried to get ********************** to help get them back on several occasions.Ticketmaster customer service was unable to help get them transferred back, they gave me a case number and keep telling me someone will call me back. This is unacceptable customer service, they should help there customers retrieve stolen merchandise or offer a refund. We disputed the charges and went straight to the box office to buy tickets for the event. I would recommend anyone attending a event to just buy your tickets at the box office, much cheaper and much safer than using Ticketmaster to buy your tickets.Ticketmaster accounts are convenient but not safe at all to use in my experience.Ticketmaster customer service doesnt seem to know how to help there customers when fraud happens in a timely matter at all

      I had a coffee for ***** presale tickets. I logged in for Monday show I was #***. I got in for Monday. Selected 4 tix at $158 ( lowest price available) got an error code several times ( in Spanish so I have no idea what it said)... Bumped me out. Logged back in.... Waited in cue again. Then tix were $300. I did not buy any tickets. I just logged back in out of curiosity. Seats I had for $158 each were sec. 109 row 1 .... Now sec 103 row 20 are $918 EACH!Ticket Master is a rip off ! I can't believe they are allowed to be sole operator for concert tickets in ****** all these years.

      I purchased 3 tickets to a play. I attempted to exchange these tickets for a different night and I understood that they needed to be at the same or greater price. I tried to use the chat in the app, but the customer service was terrible. Different people jumping in intermittently and at a delay, all repeating the same nonsensical spiels. I asked to speak to someone over the phone. I then waited on hold for 30+ minutes. The tickets I requested to exchange showed as the exact same price on the Ticketmaster website. But because they changed the fee price to a lower value since I purchased the original tickets, they would not exchange them. I asked for the next best option that would fit all of their picky criteria, and they gave me an estimate for tickets that would cost over $100 more. ******** customer service, horrible business practices.

      Don't buy tickets thru ticketmaster!!! There is a big hacking issue with them right now. Tickets for 2 of my shows sold fraudulently. I have called numerous times and told the same thing... I will hear from them within 48 hours. No response yet, it has been 2 weeks

      Been on hold for so far for an hour and 20 minutes. Someone answered and I could hear people talking in the background. Finally 25 minutes later someone answers and says **** where have you been? And puts me back on hold. This is the second time I have called today. The first time I was on hold for 40 minutes with no answer then the call was sent to the survey. I havent even been able to discuss my issue with anyone.

      My tickets were transferred from my account without my permission and they are already being sold on another ticket site. I have been on the phone with Ticketmaster for 3 days and they keep giving me the run around. It appears they have no compassion for their customers.

      Im extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Ticketmaster. My account was hacked, and as a result, I lost my tickets to an upcoming concert just two weeks away. I have reached out multiple times for assistance, but all I get is the same generic response: "I can see that someone from our team already escalated this to the right department."Its been five calls and countless hours spent trying to resolve this issue, but I feel like Im just being passed around without any real help or information. Each time I call, I get a different representative who tells me the same thing.The lack of communication and support during such a critical time is unacceptable. I expected better from a company like Ticketmaster, and Im left feeling completely ignored. I hope they can rectify this situation soon, but as of now, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

      I see I am not alone in someone breaching their system and transferring tickets to themselves. I was also told someone would reach out in 5 days and its going on 2 weeks with no one reaching out about my tickets. I have also used the customer service chat and they refuse to help because a fraud department is supposed to call me. I want my tickets I paid for!!!

      Someone hacket my account, transferred and sold all 7 of my tickets in the middle of the night. Ticketmaster said they started a claim and would call back in ***** hours. Been several days now with no answer. Looks like im out my $3,200 from the reviews i have rad with similar issues.

      If I could give less than 1 star I would! My tickets were transferred from my account without my permission. I contacted ticket master within a couple of hours of it happening because I had to wait until they were open. They have gave me nothing but trouble and multiple hours of holding on the phone. My concert is in less than a week and I STILL DONT HAVE MY TICKETS!!! They told me 3-5 days and it has now been 5 days with still no knowledge of if I will get my stolen tickets back or not. My tickets were reposted as a verified resale and when I told the agent this she guaranteed that they would be taken down but they still have not. My fiance was GUARANTEED our tickets back in 3-5 days and we still have NOTHING. This is ridiculous and I will not be using Ticketmaster after this. These were not cheap tickets and theyre for my fiances birthday AND I WANT THEM BACK. It is ridiculous that I cannot even trust Ticketmaster to keep my tickets safe or even get them back for me that I spent over $700 on.
