      They will steal your money. Nothing works on the website and the fees are beyond a reasonable fee. Go somewhere else, they should not have so much power. They never returned my money they said they would.

      The same as all of the complaints below. Spent hours on the phone trying to get a question answered that wasnt in the automated responses to their inane and ridiculous chat. The customer service ***** and I will be trying to find any other avenues for buying tickets in the future. This will be the last time I use Ticketmaster.

      I purchased tickets for a concert that is upcoming for my wife. I bought a VIP package back in February. for her birthday. My wife was killed in July in the city of *******. Needless to say I no longer wish to attend this event. I have spoken to many, I do mean many customer service representatives including ones from the VIP department who have stated cannot sell the back receive a refund and are not very understanding of my situation and will not give me a corporate number or any number to speak yo anyone beyond them this is horrible

      I purchased *** tickets and received an email that my tickets were transferred to someone else days later. I sat on hold with Ticketmaster for almost three house for them to tell me that they will get back with me in 3 to 5 business days. No refund or ticket replacement has been. Issued. Game day is around the corner (10/13/24). First and last time dealing with them.

      Ticketmaster is sooo bad. There was an error on their website. They charged me the full amount of $560 dollars for some concert tickets. I called to complain and get some type of help regarding their s**** up. Tried every single day calling them for help to fix this. They finally called back AFTER the concert.. Like what is the point now? Horrible!!! I'm sure they planned it that way so they wont have to do anything even when its their fault. Never again will I purchase tickets from them. Will never recommend anyone to go thru them. Then again their customer service rating is really bad for a reason! Buyer Beware!!

      I bought 7 tickets to this past Sunday football game 9/29/24 my tickets was stolen/hacked and I was told by ticket master the issue would be resolved in 3-5 business days. Within a 2 week time frame no resolution. I bought more tickets and went to the game and found the original seats i purchased and that was stolen only to find out that my tickets that was RESOLD through Ticketmaster to at least 2 other customers. Every call I made to ticket master I was told that my my complaint is still being investigated. Ticket Master have to had known they tickets was resolved but left me on hour holds waiting to speak to the fraud department. Potato Ticket Master is hacking their own customer accounts taking tickets and reselling them. Its Ludacris that Ticket Master is so highly connected with the seller of these events and also poses this risk of stealing hundreds of dollars of their customers money.

      Called Ticketmaster after a thief stole my tickets to the Marvelous 3 show that I paid almost $500 for. Was told to wait 2-5 days for a return call. Are you kidding me? **************** "person" I talked to was NO help, barely took any information at all. I'm still waiting for any info but the thief only took 4 minutes to steal from me. These were a birthday present that is no ruined. If there was any other ticket company to use I would!

      My account was hacked and all 4 of my tickets for Ushers concert tomorrow were transferred without my authorization on Friday morning. I was told fraud department will contact me prior to the event and I have not received a call to resolve the issue. I waited so long to see Usher live, but now its not looking like I will since Ticketmaster has not gotten back to me. I want my tickets or get my money back!

      My tickets were transferred from my account without my permission or consent. I have reported this to them many times and they say that they are looking into it and will contact me in 48 hours but they never follow through on this.

      I HAVE NO WORDS ... Okay I have lots of words.. SO *** ************ needs to go out of business. Yesterday morning i got a notification saying my tickets were transferred I have been calling non stop and don't have my tickets back. My event starts in 5 hours. I have been calling for hours and keep getting hung up... No STARS
