I purchased 2x tix under #XX-XXXXX/PHI for ****************** When I bought them there were 3 ticket tiers to choose from, $30, $40 or $50. I chose $50 thinking it would be a better standing room. After attending the event the past Sat there was only one standing room. So, I feel I got scammed out of $20 x 2 and would like a refund of $40 but Ticketmaster was no help at all.Ticketmaster Corp

Spent two hours online yesterday to obtain tickets to a concert for my daughter as a Christmas present. No matter how many times I refreshed the only option I had was for tickets that were balcony seating at an extremely higher price than general admission. I finally decided that I would spend the extra to get her balcony seats, only to be notified today that they have changed the venue and that I no longer have balcony seating but instead general admission standing room only tickets. These tickets are now being sold for over $100.00 less than what I spent, but I'm still out the additional money I paid. This is downright fraud as far as I'm concerned and do not understand how a company can think that this is an acceptable business practice.Ticketmaster Corp

Tried to purchase tickets the second they went on sale and was advised that the show was sold out. Then was advised that you could only buy tickets if you were a verified fan (which I was) and still could not. Ticketmaster should be shut down.Ticketmaster Corp

Hello,
We appreciate the opportunity to address this complaint.
We are sorry to hear that this ******** was unable to purchase tickets. The demand for this sale did exceed the number of tickets that we had available for sale. Tickets are always based on availability, demand, and are not guaranteed. Unfortunately, we do not have any additional inventory to offer at this time.
We do apologize for any inconveniences this may cause, but if there are any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Have a wonderful day

If there was a ZERO stars rating, that is what I would choose. You cannot receive any customer service assistance at all- it is unbelievable that they call themselves an actual company. I need to sell 2 tickets due to family illnesses and I haven't been able to do so since last week. They ignore my chat requests/emails and have no phone number to call. It is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and a horrible business practice- just ignore all of your customers who need assistance- stellar job Ticketmaster. I am NEVER, EVER buying a ticket with Ticketmaster again.Ticketmaster Corp

1 starTM has robbed me from the opportunity to get *********************** Eras Tour tickets for the 5th time. I was "boosted" for purchasing queue, only to get waitlisted behind thousands of unboosted, unverified scalpers, without even an opportunity to buy a single ticket. Today, emails went out to boosted individuals, but again, not me, but unverified scalpers. An absolute scam of a company and I cannot wait until you are sued into the ground.Review fromBrandy S

Seriously Ticketmaster, just look at these reviews. You should be ashamed. Everyone agrees that this company is a scam. The average person has no chance at purchasing concert tickets anymore unless they are willing to sell an organ. By the time tickets become available to the general public, the majority of them have already been swooped up by scalpers and are being resold for exorbitant prices. Ticketmaster could easily fix this issue but chooses not to. And to make things worse, they charge outrageous fees so you end up paying way more than the already insane prices that are listed. Ticketmaster pretty much has a monopoly on ticket sales, so they can get away it. When is something going to be done about this?Ticketmaster Corp

Hello,
We truly apologize for the frustration. Regretfully, we do not set the ticket prices or decide what tickets get released when. We are contracted to sell tickets on behalf of the event organizers.
Please note, that during high-demand sales, tickets are available first-come, first-served, and not guaranteed. In some instances, events on our platform may have tickets that are "market-priced," so ticket and fee prices may adjust over time based on demand. This is similar to how airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold and is commonly referred to as "Dynamic Pricing." The face value price (also known as the established price or base ticket price) is determined by our clients. In many circumstances, face value prices are set at the time of the initial on-sale and stay the same until the event but prices can, and often are, adjusted up or down over time. In either case, Ticketmaster collects the face value price and remits it to our clients.-MeredithReview fromBrandon M

I wanted to order 2 tickets a little over 2 months before a show from Ticketmaster. I had a problem during checkout with the first order and it said my payment was nor processed and to try again. For the second attempt, I had to choose 2 different seats and I used a different form of payment. The second attempt went through. After that, I went to my email to find that the first attempt really did go through so now I owned 4 tickets. I got in touch with Ticketmaster and even though it was a problem with THEIR system, they REFUSED to give me a refund on one order so it forced me to go through PayPal, file a dispute, and get my money back. I got a notification from PayPal that I was getting my money back, I checked my tickets and I then had 2. Great I thought. Fast forward to 4 hours before the show, I check my tickets with their app, it still shows I have 2 tickets. I try to download my tickets, then it says I have 0 tickets. I'm scrambling to order 2 more tickets, luckily there were still a couple options for 2 seats together but it would not accept any of my orders! I had to call the company. They had flagged my account, also cancelled both orders (all 4 tickets) and never said a word to me about it. The lady I talked to at Ticketmaster made it a point to tell me a few times, next time I have a problem to contact Ticketmaster before filing a dispute (even though I did). I believe they were trying to stick it to me since I ended up getting my money back because they didn't want to give it back. I hope I never have to do business with Ticketmaster again. 0 StarsTicketmaster Corp

I am sorry to hear your tickets were removed. The following is verbiage regarding chargeback, in the purchase policy.

Chargebacks and Other Refund Prohibitions. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us when we are prohibited from providing one by the Event Organizer, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card or other method of payment you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets are subject to immediate cancelation, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit future purchases from all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist, and from any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.

Well there you go folks. From Ticketmasters themselves. If there is any problems with THEIR system. They will refuse to give you a refund, and IF you dare go through your credit card company to file a dispute they can and will black ball you. I was not trying to evade the initial purchase, their system told me I did not make a purchase! Dang, I just wanted 2 tickets. Ticketmaster is throwing their weight around as there may not be any other options but to buy tickets but through them, so they don't owe the public any customer service. This is not how to do business. Hopefully this will catch up with Ticketmaster one day and they will no longer have to worry about dealing with customers problems because obviously it's not THEIR problem, they just take your money.Review fromErin P

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ticketmaster is a complete scam. There is no chance for the general public to get concert tickets anymore with the stupid pre sales. If you don't get a "code" you have no chance to even try for tickets. And if you do you will have to pay a ridiculous amount of money for the tickets. $700 for a concert ticket?? Because they don't want scalpers buying tickets? Well no one else is going to be buying tickets either at that price. It's complete garbage. I would happily buy from a scalper over ticketmaster cause even a scalper wouldn't charge you an insanely ridiculous price like that.Ticketmaster Corp

Ticketmaster is a JOKE!!!. Sell tickets and supposed to get paid out in 5 to 7 business days!! Find out today 12/08/2022 that I now have to wait for the event to place before being paid. Honestly don't think I will be using them again. In my opinion there email's are false advertising about your payout times.Ticketmaster Corp

Hello,
We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your payout. According to our records, your tax information was just recently verified by the IRS, so your payment resumed processing on December 5, 2022. You should receive the payment within 7-10 days. -MeredithReview fromShakeyra T

1 starTicketmaster allowed a ******** citizen to purchase my **-purchased tickets and is now making me wait 6 months for a full payout. I had to contact them for weeks to initiate my payout after weeks of inquiring where the funds were, only for them to say they can only send a check and it'll take 12 weeks. Took 13 and they only sent one check even though I requested my money for two tickets. And now they are refusing to expedite the second check and patronizing me via email for questioning why they allowed someone to purchase my ** tickets if they aren't going to give me my money. Ridiculous.
