      I was diagnosed with Covid-19 on 12/4/2022. That same day at 5:08 PM, I submitted a request to ticketmaster via their chat function (bc they don't have a direct phone number anymore) to ask if I could exchange the tickets for another day. I was told I would receive a response within four hours of the time I had submitted my request. Ticketmaster did not get back to me until 11:23am the next day telling me that my request is past the 48 hour window and they cannot make changes. I told the representative (and sent a screenshot of the initial chat) that my request fell within the 48 hours and them responding to me outside of the 48 hours should not put me at fault. The representative continue to say that it's past the 48 hour window and there is nothing I can do. I have tried selling tickets on Ticketmaster in the past and no one ever purchased those tickets, so there is no way I am putting myself at risk for that again. Is ticketmaster really expecting me to chose between losing money or going to the theater with a contagious disease?! They really are the absolute worst company.

      I sold my tickets on 11/12/22 and it's already 12/5/22 website states I would get my money within 5-7 business days from sale. There is no one to call or email to resolve this.

      Reading the reviews should embarrass Ticketmaster. I bought ************* tickets, the charge popped up on my Amex card, Ticketmaster reversed the charge and I have no tickets. The next day the same seats were available at a higher price. I am a "was customer".

The price of the tickets is set by the seller, so if the price was different the next day, that means the seller edited the price. -Meredith

      I went to Ticketmaster to buy tickets for the upcoming ************************* concert at the new ************** in ************. I picked out 2 tickets on the seating chart listed for $149 each. That would be $298 for both PLUS TAXES AND FEES. When I went to check out the displayed total was $372.40. So the taxes and fees that were added came to $74.40, making the per ticket price of $186.20. To me this is a scam, with a complete lack of transparency. When the final cost was shown, nowhere was there any explanation for the added $74.40. It should have been detailed out prior to the complete transaction screen.

      A criminal organization selling tickets for scam prices and then dropping prices immediately after the fact. Within a matter of 8 hours the ticket prices for ** tickets were cut over 50%. Despicable company.

      We're apologize for the frustration. Regretfully, we do not set the ticket prices or decide what tickets get released when. We are contracted out to sell tickets on behalf of the event organizers.
      Please note, that during high-demand sales, tickets are available first-come, first-served, and not guaranteed. In some instances, events on our platform may have tickets that are "market-priced," so ticket and fee prices may adjust over time based on demand. This is similar to how airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold and is commonly referred to as "Dynamic Pricing." The face value price (also known as the established price or base ticket price) is determined by our clients. In many circumstances, face value prices are set at the time of the initial on-sale and stay the same until the event but prices can, and often are, adjusted up or down over time. In either case, Ticketmaster collects the face value price and remits it to our clients.-Meredith

      Ticketmaster is a horrible company, They have a stranglehold monopoly on obtaining tickets to events and charge exorbitant fees on transactions. In my latest awful ******** experience with these people I had to pay $38.00 in service fees plus a $5.50 processing fee on top of the ticket price. Then, if you want to print out your ticket or pick it up at will call they **** you for another $10.00. The alternative is to download their app and use your cell phone as a ticket. Somehow I get the feeling that they are monetizing information from the app by selling your info. Their greed knows no bounds and if my friend was not performing at this event I would never consider purchasing from Ticketmaster. They are a quasi crimminal enterprise and should be shut down.

      They are the worst company I've ever come across there holding my money for sold tickets for 3 weeks now and keep changing the story why and you can't call anyone and no one knows what the other persons doing just horrible

      My daughter purchased three tickets to Magic **** ************** for 11/19/22. I tested positive for Covid on 11/15/22, and my daughter reached out to TicketMaster on 11/15/22, at 6:20 pm via chat to get assistance with an exchange. They DO NOT have a ************* phone line, so you have to wait ***** hours to receive a response via chat. When she received a response the following day, she provided the new show date, time, and seat location and agreed to pay the $10 exchange fee per seat. "Fan *******" advised the tickets we requested (based upon what was available for the new show date) were of lesser value, so they NEVER processed the exchange. When my daughter followed up the next day to confirm the exchange was processed, ***** said we were now in the cancelation window and we would forfeit the over $500 spent. This is absurd, as they can see when we reached out and assume they processed the exchange. I would like them to honor the request for an exchange, or this will be disputed with my credit card as I have proof that we reached out in time.

      I purchased 2 floor tickets to the *********************** Eras tour for Friday, Apr 28, 2023 in *******, ** during a pre-sale and was charged $736.80 on my credit card, but I never received the tickets. They then removed the charge without confirmation (I bought the tickets and then they were taken away?!!) There is no phone number or chat on their website to contact them. I found a ******* email and have attempted to discuss my issue at ******* #********, but they just send canned responses without answering any of my questions about why I was charged and never received my tickets. I have sent screenshots of the order and provided the seats I should have tickets for, but the team continues to ignores me and refuses to acknowledge anything. I've spent 10+ hours between the terrible pre-sale queue system and trying to speak with their incompetent ******* team and still can't reach a human to try and get the tickets I have bought and paid for assigned to my account. ********************** is horrible to interact with. All I want is the tickets I paid for, but they can't even seem to do that right. Instead, they take off the charge days later without any warning contact. I had an awful experience with this company. I spent all day trying to get these, successfully got tickets and l was charged, tried to get help, then days later they remove the charge and I'm assuming my tickets are gone (again with NO help). Just awful.

      I am sorry but there are no orders associated with this email address. Ticketmaster does not remove charges, the financial institution does. It appeared you had a pending charge that was rejected when you attempted the sale. Pending charges are removed automatically after a few days.
