This company is terrible. I tried purchasing tickets through them with using a "verified fan" code after I had registered. I was not able to purchase tickets for the *********************** Era tour and I am distraught. What is more infuriating is how much advantage Ticketmaster took of ** fans. They knew the demand was high but did not take the right precautions to ensure real fans secured tickets. I like many other people waited for hours in a queue only to be told there was no more tickets. I waisted my time and now the resale price for these tickets obtained by others or bots is ridiculously high. And it is also upsetting at the amount of fees they charged to those who were able to obtain tickets. They are a monopoly abusing ** consumers and it is against the law. There needs to be consequences for their actions and lack of ethical behavior. They don't need to try and be better, they NEED to be better. I am canceling my account with them. Buyer beware tickmaster is a scam artist. I ****** Offspring concert and only one link to tickmaster appears. Clicking on the link it took me to their "Platinum" seats. It makes it appear that these few tickets are the only ones left and as all the other sections are grayed out. When trying to find tickets at a lower price point or in a different section there is no option. As I really wanted to take my 16 year old daughter to this concert for sentimental reasons I payed the outrageous price. Later on that day I see a ******** add for offspring and long behold there are general admission seats available for half the cost!! Their customer service is a huge joke, they won't work with me to allow me to refund my tickets so I can buy the tickets i actually wanted.Ticketmaster Corp

We are contracted out to sell tickets on behalf of the event organizers. You agreed to the terms and conditions when making your purchase. For these reasons we cannot refund your order.
Please note, that during high-demand sales, tickets are available first-come, first-served, and not guaranteed. In some instances, events on our platform may have tickets that are "market-priced," so ticket and fee prices may adjust over time based on demand. This is similar to how airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold and is commonly referred to as "Dynamic Pricing." The face value price (also known as the established price or base ticket price) is determined by our clients. In many circumstances, face value prices are set at the time of the initial on-sale and stay the same until the event but prices can, and often are, adjusted up or down over time. I sold my tickets through Ticketmaster. It states it takes 5-7 after the event before you will get paid. I understand that. I don't understand why I'm receiving an email every 3-4 saying I NEED to add a card to my file. I already did that but every time I receive the email telling me I NEED to add a card I sign back in and re-add my card info because the email makes it seem like my information is invalid. I finally spoke to someone in chat and they mentioned every time I add my card it takes up to 14 days to process. It doesn't mention that anywhere in the email. Stop sending an email telling me I need to add a new card if there is already a card on file! It feels like a scam and they are just trying to receive multiple accounts. They need to be more transparent about the process and have customer service easily available to answer questions. Their FAQs page is NOT enough.Ticketmaster Corp

This company has allowed the resale of *********************** tickets during the 2023 pre-sale event at such a significant mark-up that I had to pay $1200 for a ticket that originally cost $166. I don't care what your disclaimers state regarding the resale of tickets and that you all have no control over it because you do. Way to represent the artists through ticket gouging as I'm sure you made your piece of the sale through your fees!! *** to go hiding behind those waivers!Ticketmaster Corp

1 starI sold my tickets *** tickets to lions dolphins game. Filled out my tax information for reimbursement was told it would take 5-7 business days for payment. It's been 2 and half weeks and have not not received anything. They have no customer service line to call, all they have is a chat where you can speak to a robot who offers no help WHATSOEVER I have gone back and fourth countless times over email with absolutely no help. Their customer service is a joke. I am beyond frustrated and will never buy tickets for any event from them again. There is no excuse for a company of this size to offer ZERO customer service. I am appalled at how this company handled the sale of *********************** The Era's tour tickets. What is the point of a pre sale if ALL of the tickets are sold at the presale? You have told nothing but lies regarding this event... And then the day before general tickets go on sale you post that you sold out of tickets... AT THE PRESALE? That should not even be possible. This is officially the first review I've ever written about a company and it's user interface. Buckle up. One star is actually too kind to of a rating for this. The entire Ticketmaster experience needs to be put into the shredder, soaked in acid, and sunk to the bottom of the Mariana ******* This company is so inept and out of its depth, the only way it can possibly still be in business is the fact that it's the closest example to a monopoly we have in modern times. When it ever had a presale and ticket buying experience that was actually efficient and fair and God forbid actually enjoyable... of course they do away with it soon after because what profit can be made from resellers if *actual fans* get most of the tickets in the first go round? I am the mother of a 17 year old cancer survivor with a liver transplant who is obsessed with ***********************. She signed up to be a verified fan and was thrilled to receive a code for the presale. She did everything she was supposed to do right. She was initially disappointed that she got in the waiting room at ****+ but when it was her turn to select tickets, she grabbed two amazing tickets for $200 each. She was beyond excited but when she went to finalize the transaction she got the error message that the transaction could not be completed on your device. The same thing repeated itself and after a few quick attempts she moved to our desktop where she was given error message after error message as the prices climbed way out of our price range. Her heart is broken and mine for her. There has to be a better way. It's one thing if she was just too slow and tickets sold out but she was at the point of the the purchase being verified and completed. There are tons of people reselling the tickets at exorbitant prices. Is there really no way of verifying everyone for purchase so this doesn't happen? Anyways I wish there was a way for me to upload a picture of her crying so that you could understand what it meant to her. She's been through a lot and this was honestly needless pain.Ticketmaster Corp

Ticketmaster is a monopoly. They routinely botch ticket sales. The fees are outrageous. They lie to their customers. For the *********************** Eras presale, they said that there would be priority given to previous purchasers of Loverfest tickets, and this did not happen. Additionally, they were totally unprepared for the demand on tickets and many people lost a lot of time and money because of it. All of this isn't even to mention that Dynamic Pricing is a monstrous approach to business.Ticketmaster Corp
