      This entire sale of *********************** tickets from the presale to the *********** sale has been awful. Ticketmaster lied about the process only to have tickets get in the hands of scalpers who are selling them for upwards of $10,000. They gave people false hope and wasted their time. Making them sit in a queue for hours when tickets were already sold out and not notifying them that was the case. Plus the fees are outrageous for a company that gave zero customer service through the entire situation. They said it was unprecedented demand but they knew exactly the demand since they gave out the codes. Their business practices are wrong and have many people feeling angry and frustrated. I hope something will be done to change these practices in the future.

      I did contact you and got no response. I understand demand was high but that doesn't address the fact that those who were told they were verified and sent a code never got access. It also does not address the fact that tickets that were purchased by bots are now being resold for outrageous prices.

      I went through 2 attempts of the *********************** presales and both times were given multiple error messages and once the tickets sold out during presale, you could find the same tickets being resold ****% mark up. These presales were for verified fans and yet huge amounts of them went to resellers. The lack of transparency through this experience has been the worst customer experience I've ever had with any company

      It's a shame that so many artists partner with this company to sell tickets, because they clearly lack the infrastructure to handle such large volumes of people. I never have an issue buying tickets using any other service, but when I have to use Ticketmaster I have never been successful. There are many reasons for this, but poor website design is paramount.

      The way they handle cookies for their site data is ridiculously outdated and because of that I was unable to secure any tickets at all for their *********************** presale. This is only the most recent example. Along with constant website errors and crashes, their cookie system made me unable to get any tickets. How? Because it was confused as to whether or not I was logged in (I was, it said so at the top of the screen and I verified through an e-mail confirmation), every time I secured tickets I was given the wonderful error of "unable to complete the transaction on this device." I kept trying but this error would not go away, and sources online revealed the only way to resolve it was to clear my cache and cookies and re-queue.

      Naturally, by the time this process was completed the show was sold-out completely. When trying for a different show I was hit with the same error. The account shows logged in on the queue screen, but on the Ticketmaster homepage not only was it signed out, but clicking the "sign-in" button only refreshed the page. Absolutely horrific interface, and you already know ******* during this time was essentially non-existent.

      I could also go into the horrible inefficiency of their queue system, and how pointless it is given that tickets can still be snatched away because hundreds of people are let in at once, but the most glaring issue to me is their inability to properly use cookies in the year 2022. It's not rocket science. A quick search of social media shows that these issues have been present for YEARS and no fixes have been offered, so it is a mystery why artists continue to use them.

      Fees at over 33% of the actual ticket price. $8.95 in fees for $25 tickets. That is price gouging as there is no competition for them as the box offices aren't open any longer.

      I just tried to purchase generic gift cards (button for "physical card" on the gift card page) through the ticketmaster.com website (as suggested I do by ********************* in ******* so that I could give these to my daughters as Christmas presents). I spent over $400 on gift cards - only to find out that what I really purchased were tickets to a specific event in *********** in November, 2023! The website was TOTALLY misleading and I have been unable to get any cooperation about a cancellation and refund of this order. An automated chat was completely frustrating; finally, I had a few fleeting moments with a human ("*********") who said "However, the gift card is only for a specific event, time, and venue hence we are unable to choose which event we like to use them."
      I replied that I wanted to cancel the order immediately and get a full refund (this all transpired right after I had placed the order). They have gone radio silent - no response. No way to speak to a human....nothing. I want these cards cancelled and I want my full refund. This is scandalous.

      If I could put zero stars I would. Wasted 4 hours yesterday trying to purchase *********************** tickets thanks to the Ticketmaster website being woefully inadequate. At the start, the site was crashing with "Error 503 first byte timeout" for about 45 minutes. When it finally loading up, and after another 3 hours of waiting in "The Queue", my time to purchase tickets for my family of four had arrived. By then there were so few tickets available, there was literally only seconds to select tickets before they disappeared/became unavailable. Each time I made a selection, a pop-up window said "Sorry, someone beat you to it." Within a frantic three minutes, all available tickets were gone. So, I tried again the next day, this time logging on 4 hours before the sale started. This time I made it through "The Queue" in about 20 minutes and waited on the "Pick Your Seats" page. I sat at my desk for about 3 1/2 hours moving the mouse every so often to prevent the webpage from timing out or force refreshing. Then when the sale time arrived, nothing happened... there were no newly available purchase options. After a few panicked minutes of despair, I clicked a menu bottom for "Help". A new Ticketmaster browser tab opened with some FAQs. When I returned to the "Pick Your Seats" tab, the website rerouted me to "The Lobby" which put me at the back of "The Queue". This effort was completely futile and seemingly broken. With all the millions of dollars of annual revenue, I find Ticketmaster contemptuous and completely ill equipped to handle this type of sale event. Sadly, until there is any restructuring of this monopoly, consumers have no option but to deal with these frustrations and inadequacies (by the tens of thousands).

      All my daughter wanted for her 16th birthday is *********************** tickets. She was thrilled to get a pre-sale code. I didn't work yesterday so I could get on & order the tickets. I spent the whole day in the queue, then, when I finally got to "pick my seats" I would try to check out & it would either say I was an "unverified user" or "there was a problem, come back later." When my daughter got home from school, she tried for 5 hours. Nothing. There were no tickets available once she was finally allowed in. She is in bed with a migraine, missing school today because of spending so much time crying yesterday. Ticketmaster, you are absolutely awful at the one thing you're supposed to be able to handle. Shame on you. I'm sure the bots managed to get tickets.

      This is a loaded question, what do I think about Ticketmaster.

      I think they need to do WAY better as they now are the only PLAYER in town before the tickets get bought by third parties and the prices become a joke, a piece of Monopoly game property.

      Today was a perfect example as *********************** tickets went on sale. Ticketmaster made sure to tell ** CLIENTS every which way to Sunday how WE needed to be prepared, "This is going to be a HEAVILY requested event for tickets"

      And lets see, did the news reports or social media show the CLIENTS were unprepared or the golden ticket holder (Ticketmaster) was unprepared?

      The glitch time was convenient, and if you want to blame technology that's ON YOU. They are your systems, they are your responsibility. Again with all the 'be prepared" warnings you did no "test" to your systems?

      You should contact me, I work for a cybersecurity company that could be helpful. There were different ways to handle this and you know it, you DROPPED the ball.

      So again what do I think of Ticketmaster, not much, you'll get one star b/c they force you to select it in order to submit this.

      And if you choose to reply can you save the..."so sorry to disappoint you, we need to strive to do better, we hope you believe us". That canned reply is OLD. Why don't you actually DO something,

      It's SO frustrating, maybe VR is the best way to go now, but you'll probably get in on that and s**** it up too.

      Ticketmaster had major problems with the pre-sale for the *********************** concert series today. The site constantly crashes and every time I actually was able to try and purchase tickets it gave me an error code or just booted me out. I have been active in trying to secure tickets since **** central time. I finally had to give up after choosing my seats for them to magically be not available.
