    I deposited money into the game and when they took the money they wanted to verify me I tried 20 times to get verified and it f a failed each time. I then reached out to tech support 20 times and not one reply. I then emailed thier customer service 50 times over several weeks and not one reply.

    Was playing a game that said no purchases required, that I was asking for payment of winnings but was charged 3 times the same day for $15

    The worst thing about this company is that it preys on young men and women especially single Moms with ads that promise instant wealth. Their ads are unconscionable!

    Since the beginning of this app I was able to cash out both gift cards and real money. Years later for no rhyme or reason they stopped responding to emails. Stopped letting me cash out. Stopped letting me login through ********. On no social media or emails have they stated they are ending. I earned over $30 and haven't been able to cash out! I want this money that I spent ages on making! I'm not sure why they stopped responding but it is so wrong!

    I was a regular Bingo player on Bingo Stars (Lucky Day) when I got to an amount that I needed, I wished to cash out. The game froze at that time and never was able to get back on. I left a message for them to call me, but never received a response.

    I spent 15 dollars playing an online bingo game called Bingo Stars with Lucky Day entertainment. I won and attempted to cash out. They froze the game and refused to honor my refund. They didnt acknowledge me or ******. I dont want the **** winnings. I simplified want a refund on the initial purchase since I did not receive what was promised.

    Lucky day advertising that it pays you to play there games . but really it's 99 percent commericals. so hours and hours more than any game on market then when u win they don't pay I won ***** they said almost 1 year ago and it still says it's winding

    Ok, so I won $19.75 USD, and it has been over 6 months since Dec 25th that I claimed my prize on this app, and it hasn't been sent to me. Can you please help me out since they are ignoring their emails as well? Thanks for your time, ***

    On February 19th, I won ***** on The Lucky Day App game. It took a long time as they have a minimum withdrawal limit set at *****. meaning you can not withdraw your money unless you get over ***** won. Many people have told me they have been waiting for months and even years to get paid or reach that *****. (this is proven to be a scam obviously) Well anyway, I waited and waited, even 7 business days which they said it could take to get the payout. I have the "updated" version of this app as they use that excuse. So I contacted the company multiple times and even sent a demand letter but no response. I have since filed a complaint with My ******* State Attorney General, The ***** who referred the case to The **** This all is ?? percent a scam which is why The *** and Attorney General is getting involved because thousands of people are owed money or have been stuck under *****. Lucky Day keeps doing this because there are never any consequences. Well, I'm not a normal customer. My fiance works for The *** and she is working to shut this app down. However, they need to pay me my ***** and start paying people that are owed!!!I have enclosed proof of winning, people they claim have won tons of money which has been found by my attorney general to be false advertising, I have attached the form email I get Everytime I try to contact someone, and I have included my demand letter which outlined my steps and next steps I will take against this company. They need to be stopped! I also am requesting interest for every day I have not been paid or they could go to court and have me, The ******* State Attorney General, The ***, and many, many witnesses. If they think they can beat the government they are mistaken! I am asking for the ***** I won and the ***************************************************** At ***** a day for 12 days that is a total of ****** + the original ***** I won. Total is ****** or face suit in court, which we will expose them for the scam they are.

    i won the 250 raffle on feb 26 2024 sumed up to be ****** because i already had 9.75 on the app they said i would have my money thru paypal within 7 business days its now march 10 2024 still havent received my money
