    We ordered custom drapes from American Custom Drapes last June, and our credit card was charged 06/28 **** AMERICAN CUSTOM DRAPES HTTPSAMERICAN CA $343.86. You can see from the attached correspondence that I repeatedly contacted them to find out when the drapes would be delivered and they kept saying they were behind but they would come soon. They had originally said a few months. I also wrote to them separate emails on April 30, May 6, and May 25, and also called at least twice in the past month or two. At this point, they are not answering my emails and phone calls. We are no longer interested in receiving the product, as it seems apparent that they just want our money back if possible.Thank you,******************* and *****************************

    I ordered drapes on February 7, 2022, I was out of town for 6 months and received one message that they were behind and still working on them. Then I contacted them again and they said they were past my production date and would have to check. I had not addition communication from them, the order was for $1080.04. I had ordered drapes from them before and was happy with the quality, but knew the production was long. As time went on, I left voice mails that were never returned and then saw all all of the negative reviews online after doing research. I want a refund from them, since I dont think I will ever see the drapes I ordered. The his has been incredibly frustrating.

    Drapes were ordered in July of 2022. Our card was charged on July 29th of 2022. Company never sent the product.We reached out to the company several times and the company stated that they were delayed due to larger orders. After waiting another two months the company stopped responding, and has not responded to a request to refund.Communications with the company are attached. Seeking refund of $373.11 for products paid for but never delivered.

    I placed an order with this company and they have failed to deliver product. (nearly $1,800.00)The representative contacted me repeatedly to obtain an order and credit card from me in December. Ensured I would have product in January.They are now repeatedly ignoring my calls and emails as well as online chat for status of the order. They have stopped contact with me altogether. I believe I have been scammed. Now finding additional online complaints of same experiences with this person from other consumers. I am now having to file a dispute with my credit card company.

    - Invoice #: ***** - Committed to providing 12 sets of new curatins - We paid them $2,888.76 - They required payment before they started production - Ordered on July 20, 2022 - They estimated about 6 weeks for delivery - I called shortly after the 6 weeks to check on them and no response - I have tried calling and emailing and they have never responded to any of my calls - I had a coworker act as a new customer and they responded to him immediately under the impression that they would try to scam someone else. This business needs to be shut down. Please look at their ****** reviews - you can see that it has been happening to others over the last two years.

    Ordered drapes online on approximately January 11, 2022. The total amount of order was $309.78 charged to a credit card. Order number is *****. I never received the order. I have tried to contact the business via phone and email and never received a callback nor email reply. My credit card cannot help due to the time passed. Prior to ordering, I have received fabric samples from a different address that what your organization lists however the phone number that I have is the same as on your list.
