    I'm onboard with Gabby. I bought an SK603 and after approx 8 months of runtime it no longer turned on. I contacted customer support and waited 2 weeks before receiving a response. I informed them of the issue I was having and they stated they could no longer repair the light that was still under warranty due to no parts availability. They then said they would prorate a new light (which was about $200 less than the SK603) for an additional $250. I said "Wouldn't the fix for being unable to repair the light be a replacement?" and was told that was all the were authorized to give. I would not recommend buying this light if you are looking for a reliable setup.

    Spectrum King LED advertises a lot and says they focus on quality and customer service. Unfortunately, I found this to be untrue. While the $1100 light I purchased from them initially worked well it died within 1 year. I attempted to reach them by phone multiple times and never reached a living person, I left messages. Eventually I got an email saying I could ship the light back to them, at my expense and in original packaging, and they would fix it and ship it back in 2-4 weeks. Well, I shipped the light back - which cost over $100 - and received no response. Nearly 3 weeks after the **** said they received the light I emailed them to confirm and they affirmed receipt and said they'd work on it but that they were running a little behind, their technician had taken 2 weeks off for the holidays. Ok, I said that's fine, so it'll take 6 weeks. Well, they have now had the light for 16 weeks. I reached out after 6 weeks to ask for an update and it took 11 days before I received a response that they were waiting for a part. Then my emails stopped being answered - I asked for updates a couple more times, always politely, always with at least a few weeks between asking for news. Their phone number is now disconnected. But the company is still advertising heavily in magazines and online. After waiting 14 weeks I asked for the broken light back, or some sort of comparable replacement, but received no response whatsoever. I feel like this company is a scam. They are claiming that they service their lights, that they offer customer service, and they do not do either. At this point they effectively repossessed the light I spent $1100 to buy and $100 to ship to get fixed, so I am out $1200 and I don't even have the light to try and find an electrician that could fix it locally. We were left completely without support, never offered any compensation or replacement and without even a broken light to show for it. Don't shop with Spectrum King LED.
