      Viasat is horrible! They were charging me $199 a month for the fastest internet they offer which I could not work from home because of how horrible it is. They then charged me $300+ for early termination fee after I had to cancel after 1 month because I would have lost my job if I didn't get better service. We are in a new neighborhood and we're told they were the only provider out here. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

      Last week I googled Xfinity for internet service. We had Century link and were unhappy. So when I dialed the number I got a person who asked how they could help me, I said Im looking for service for 2 TVs, streaming and basic use. Im an internet and computer simpleton. So I dont know GB/ Data/GIGS etc. So I set it up based on what they say I need, $69.99 an mos 12 mos contract. Set up install for Friday. First strange thing, I got a call a day later from an internet installer that says, he cant install Friday but hed fit me in early, when he said he was Viasat, assumed that Viasat was some installer or equipment name because Id never heard of Viastat. Stupid me! Id heard companies sometimes contract out for install or tech support. When the guy came, he seemed nice and said he was here for our install and where did I want it. I showed him around and he did what he needed to do but for 2/3 days our signal buffered constantly. I called Xfinity to trouble shoot and I get ****** cause they cant find my account. I hang up and assume its some glitch in system and Ill try on Monday if signal wont clear up. We spent all weekend watching our Dish network mostly but my grandson played PlayStation a lot. Last night I get an email from Viasat that we have used 90% of our internets data already!?? I NEVER was told we used up our data at Century Link, not even when my daughter used her Xbox a few years ago. Thats when it all clicks and I start googling Viasat. There is a lot of complaints on this company. I dont know how I even connected to them cause I googled and called Xfinity, NOT VIASAT! Im supposedly locked in a contract and will have to pay the service if I cancel! Does anyone know anything that can help me? I have no idea what the h*** I did here but I feel like either my call or my install got hijacked somehow. Is this possible? Can I get out of this stupid contract and get Xfinity or am I stuck with this c*** company the next 12 mos?

      They are a horrible company. I cancelled my service 1 day after being billed In advance and they would not provide a refund. I missed the bill cycle to cancel by 1 day and they were not evening will to help me. They are not even worth 1 star, horrible customer service. A good company would have helped me, I waited on the phone for 60 minutes to be told it was my fault and there was nothing they could do.

      Sales people lied to me in order to get me to sign up, customer service is terrible, no one is capable of resolving anything.

      Paid for Internet that was never installed. I keep calling yo get my refund and i keep getting the run around. Instead of issuing my refund the customer service reps keep trying to sell me promotions. Viasat is one big scam

      Service is terrible Went thru all data in 5 days.. I have never in my life had to fight sooo hard to send back their equipment.. They want me to hold it for 30 day and then will send me a box to return Beyond irritating **************** is c*** and all they do is repeat themselves.. Asked for a manager and got hung up on

      I would have given them 0 stars but it's not a choice. ****** a month for 300mbps with a data cap that always ended a week later of a new billing cycle. This company is a joke. ************* is horrible. I would never tell anyone to get this for internet. In fact stay far far away from viasat they are a joke. My name is *****

      This company does not even deserve one star. The service was hooked up and did not work in our area. Calls were dropped and internet dropped. We called and asked them to come pick up the equipment we were told we had to pay for one month and then send back the equipment we did that. But they still charged us $344.00 for a service we could not use because we cancelled the 24 month contract. so they expected us to pay for a service that did not function in our location????? Very poor business customer relations.********

      Worst customer service ever! Cant understand any of the employees English language. Dont want to explain it to them,cause they get an attitude. Im a paying customer and Im the bad guy? There isnt a supervisor in the office to communicate (English). ******* doesnt understand hibernation mode. So my charges go up and my service gets changed and starts a new contact?? They dont *** have the correct location on the contract. Its 2.5 miles away from me. Its actually at a welding shop. I was informed that if I let the office know about this that Viasat would disconnect the service and loose them as a customer. Please,please dont threaten me. I could write a book with the lies . I wanted ** an invoice to show me my charges and was informed they dont do mail(stamp). I dont do email and have never received one from this miserable company. Price increase with no explanation.$125.22 taken out of my bank . Jumped up for no reason and the employees say its my fault. Run,run,run. They brought my modem and dish out to my house, they can come get too. The install guy had to call me cause Viasat has the wrong address. They threaten me to many times now and I got with my bank to correct there lieing,stealing,no speaking English employees. ***** to leave one star review cause they dont deserve it.

      Trash! They will not let you cancel you agreement. Rather you pay up front and you can cancel after last day of billing cycle. You also have to remove a piece off the dish to send to them with equipment. That's right climb on your roof and take off a piece off the dish. They charge you over $100 to have them do it. Do not use these scam artists. They are all foreign people for customer service and cannot speak English well. They will want to ask you questions why your canceling. I don't give free info and I don't answer questions or work for free. Avoid at all cost!
