  Horrible service modem stopped working after I paid my bill they refused to refund my money, due to I didn't call the minute it stopped working due to being on vacation getting my Dad's will and important things done in another state. Called the first day I could after vacation and still no refund for days before phone call price is high for the service . Told them I was calling better business bureau and the manager said go ahead

  There customer service has a hard time understanding you because they don't understand English. They drilled a hole through my house and put a cemented pole in my landscape. Their internet was not very reliable. When I called they t old me I had to reset it. I had to to this within 10 days. When I called, they told me I had to pay them over $300.00 yo cancel. They could not provide what they promised. I pay them their early cancelation fee monthly. Apparently that was not acceptable, they set me to collections without a notice. I suggest not to use this company

  Terrible internet and even worse customer service. Charged for a whole extra month after cancellation request after stating the reason was due to having to use and purchase a hot spot to finish work. Then the representative stated that they would send a box with a return label but that if they dont its my responsibility to contact them to have them send me the boxwhat the what. And when I said this was absurd he followed with because he informed me its now on me to call them?!?

  Please warn kids friends family these guys are just professional scammers. They lied about the contract was suppose to be monthly and no cancel charges if canceled within 30days. So day 2 internet stopped working I canceled so $480 just to cancel. They "sent" the return box for equipment it's been over 3 months and they just added the $300 charge on. Let's talk about the internet day 1 of it working the idle ping is 600 spikes to ****ms so if you want something 10x slower then dial up and 10x more expensive this is for you. But if you sind a contract without reading it its all your fault. So noone to blame but me but this should be legal by any means.

  I wish zero stars was an option. This company specializes in trapping people with no other internet options into exploitive, expensive, inefficient service contracts that maximize their profit and minimize your service. When you finally get a better option, they will charge you every cent they can on the way out. Run for your lives. If you have any other option, literally any other option, take it.

  This is the WORSE internet provider out there! We only had Viasat, referred from an old internet provider, for less than 3 months and had to switch due to not having ******************. We initially bought the 150 gb plan and maxed this out in 2 days. We were up front with the tv's, computer's, school chromebooks, and cell phones that we stream and they under sold on the plan. They increased us to the **** 500 gb of data, and we maxed this out in 2 weeks. You are then left with "slow speed" internet which really means you cannot watch a single thing on tv, your cell phones won't work with wifi, and good luck getting computers to work. They give you discount after discount to try to keep your business but if you cancel due to crappy service before the two years, they will charge you the early termination fee no matter what.

  I HAVE BEEN CHEATED OUT OF A $150 EQUIPMENT FEE BECAUSE VIASAT WON'T BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL THEM I'M ELDERLY AND CAN'T CLIMB UP ON MY ROOF TO GET THE ***** OF EQUIPMENT LOCATED ON THE ***** THEY TOLD ME I COULD PAY ONE OF THEIR PEOPLE TO RETRIEVE IT FOR ME, BUT IT WILL COST $95. I HAVE TRIED TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH NO RESPONSE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

  Deceptive practices. Was supposed to have 3 months promo pricing. They are charging me full prices and using deceptive practices to try to justify their actions. RUN. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SERVICE

  Don't do business with them! Their **************** buffers in and out. Then when you try and cancel service they don't process it and keep charging your monthly fee. When you call to complain because you haven't received the box to return their supplies. You find out it still hasn't been cancelled!!! They don't deserve a star!!!

  Bought internet from these people only to realize after the guy left that the speeds are horrible and hardly work. The installer asked me to sign my name to show that he came out and installed it and mentioned nothing about the 2 year agreement because it was zoomed in on the signature box. After he left I received an email of the full page I signed only to see I was put into a 24 month contract and Im afraid its going to hurt my credit. I wouldnt have signed it if I knew there was that long of an agreement
