      Viasat expect their customers to climb a roof to remove a device call Tira that was put on by they service rep when they install internet in my house. The rep. said I was responsible for the modern. power cord, and tria which i was never inform about this pieces or device. Plus am a veteran with disability and i can't climb with on roof with my injury. The rep. offer to send a rep. out to house to take the device off, but they said it be a $95.00 charge. Why should i paid for a device they install on satellite dish they were the one to install it.

      I don't know how a business takes zero ownership in their mistakes. I was double billed for switching from business to residential. Only realized it because I cancel service which they wanted to charge me a cancelation fee because they had no record of service being needed so much. Their tech told me to contact him directly for any issues(which I did, DO NOT do this). Only gave me a 2 month refund for double billing me because it was my fault for not catching it soon. So even above their spotty service and completely lacking upload speeds, rude customer service, and will not take ownership of their errors and do the right thing for their customer.

      This company is horrible. They don't believe in making sure their customers are satisfied. I have been dealing with their low employees for over a month and a half and I still can't get internet at night time and they have every excuse in the book of why I can't get it for a month and a half yeah I paid $200 a month for nothing. Don't ever go with this company

      I had Viasat phone and internet service for 12 days and on the 12th day my internet turned off so I called them, I paid for 100 mgbs of service and the service was terrible I could not even watch regular TV without it timing out every 20 seconds , so after 12 days they told me I used up all my so called high speed service and that I would be on standard service for the rest of the month but I didn't get standard service, my internet was shut down completely. I was so upset I told them I will be cancelling my account regardless of the fees so they immediately charged my card for the whole months service when it was not time to do it. This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks and are allowed to just rip customers off and nothing is done. I went as far as cancelling my credit cards and changing banks so the could not get anymore money from me. These internet businesses are worse than corporations, They steel and lie without concern for anyone and they should be shut down. But Viasat is the worst of the worst.

      Their service is terrible. We stopped our service and returned the equipment to them but they said they didnt get all of it. I sent the same equipment on the same day back to Dish and within a few days they acknowledged return of equipment. I find it ironic that one company has all the equipment but Viasat doesnt. I climbed up on my roof and got that equipment and put it in the box and returned it. They were going to charge me $85 to come out and get it off the roof.

      Month after month we run out of data! Our data renews on the 28th of each month. We basically have NO Internet for 2 weeks of the month, yet pay them all most two hundred dollars! I just received a notice today that we have used all our data and that has been 9 DAYS OF SERVICE! The 28th it started and now its DONE on 6th... 9 days! I have increased our service to the highest plan they offer, still the same, so I lowered it back, still the same. I complain every single month and they do NOT care. One month they blamed ********** I was told to make an adjustment on ********** I did that, nothing changed! They really could care less! Sadly enough we have no other choice, because we have used the other so called good internet service and they were as equally as bad. If other types of businesses would charge someone two hundred dollars for 30 days of service and would only give you 15 days or LESS... there would be lawsuits but these internet providers get away with ripping people off!

      Very disappointed in the service that is provided by Viasat. Was duked into signing up with them by a third party. Wanted to continue with service I already had, but said they had a better internet service that had unlimited data. Said it would be unlimited date but didn't mention at a lower data speed within 3 days of use. This provider charged me for additional data and I could no longer stream my tv channels that I had for a number of years. without buying more data from VISAIT. I do not like satellite vs cable. This provider is worthless to me. Asked if I could council within 3 days of service but was told I was locked in for 2 years and would have to pay more than $200 to get out of contract. Paid an additional amount to get more date the first month, which lasted 2 days. Very, very disappointed. Desperately wanting to go back to my old provider without paying that cancellation fee that Viasat imposes. Get rid of your third party sit up- they lie to get your business. Your customer service did not help with this only wanted to find a way to charge more for data.

      Worst service evercould only get 47 mbps even though I was paying for much more. Was told that the only solution was to disconnect TVs or other computer equipment to increase speed. I work from home and that is just not possible. We have only had service for 2 days and I called to cancel, They are charging me a $300 disconnect fee and charging for a full month of service even though I am only using a few days. What a scamyou absolutely do not want to use them. Their prices were higher than other companies and did not even begin to provide any service level at all. Horrible experience

      I have had viasat for a few months now being a senior citizen I thought that by going with viasat I would have great service. Being the trusting person that I am I believed that I they plan I was on would care of my use of the watching my TV. When talking to the representatives I explained what I was looking for and they told me that the plan I was on fit it well, I was also told that if I decided to disconnect my service I would be able to. As the many stories you are reading it is true. They will tell you to disconnect you would be charged ****** dollars. Their stories are false and they are great in selling. However, I would recommend staying away from them. Very poor internet service not worth the value for your money. Although I try to do my homework and was pulled in to viasat and working on disconnecting their service which they are trying to obligate me to paying more money which I refuse to do. STAY AWAY FROM VIASAT NOT WORTH THE MONEY. !!!!!!!!!!
