    the order was made on 5/5/2024, and not shipped yet. I have sent two emails for information and called a couple times and left the message for call back. But I got no response. I called again doay, the customer service person named C**** told me she cannot explain the reason to me, and said she didn't get the email or the phone messages. I need a proper explanation of 1. why the order hasn't been shipped yet. 2. why sending emails or left phone messages didn't work.

    We have been corresponding with Mr. ** via email and resent his order to him via FedEx delivery.

    The tracking number for his order is *********430 and shows that it was delivered on 6/16/24.

    We also issued Mr. *i a 25% discount and refund on his order in the amount of $86.10 on 6/14/24.

    We sent Mr. *i an email explaining all of this to him on 6/14/24.
