    On April 24, 2024, I left a dress shirt & dress pants that my son had purchased on March 9, 2024, at ******* worn once. On May 17, 2024, I tried to pick up my dry cleaning. They could not find it. They suggested I go home & ensure I hadn't picked it up & forgotten. I didn't have my pick-up ticket on me at the time & was told by an employee that if I didn't have the ticket, they couldn't know that I hadn't already picked up my dry cleaning. I came back a few minutes later, after checking my home, with my ticket in hand. They told me they'd continue to search & that perhaps it had accidentally been given to someone else. They took the ticket from me and told me they'd call me back. Today, May 18, 2024, I returned to the store to find out what the progress was. I was immediately shown a stack of transaction tickets showing that their transaction *********** pick-up ticket, which I had just provided them the day before, had been in their May 6th, 2024 transaction stack all along. They say this proves that I had picked up my dry cleaning on May 6th, 2024. I know exactly what I did that day, and it did not involve picking up the dry cleaning, and I don't have any record of the purchase on any of my debit or credit cards. They have a computerized payment system that I believe should be able to show what card was used and the name of the cardholder or if the payment was made in cash. However, I rarely carry cash, so I am certain I would not have paid ********** confident I did not pick up the dry cleaning. The owner is adamant that I or someone else picked up the dry cleaning that day. I am the only one in my household who would've handled this task. The resolution I want is the return of my dry cleaning, a reimbursement of the original purchase, or reimbursement of a replacement purchase. These articles of clothing will be needed within the next four weeks. I am including the ****** receipt. I've highlighted the dress pants and dress shirt in question for your convenience.
