    I placed and paid for an order on 6/19/23 for a box cushion in the amount of $80.50. Upon further investigation, I decided not to move forward with the purchase. I cancelled the order the same day via email to the email address provided. The website states that orders can be cancelled within 1 day of placement. I never received any communication regarding the order, cancellation of the order or credit back to my account for the now cancelled purchase. I have placed numerous calls to the number listed with no answer and no way to leave a voicemail. I have emailed numerous times with no response. I have attached the email that I sent on 6/19/23 requesting that the order be cancelled and the amount refunded to my account as well as the cancellation policy that is published on their website.

    I contacted the seller and spoke with them on 2/11/23 to confirm the order I placed on 2/11/23 totaling $141.09. I called again on 3/2/23, 3/20/23, and 3/3023. I keep being told that my order is not completed and they need to get the fabric. It has been near 8 weeks. I am very upset and the seller tells me he is too busy to call me back and belittles me. I would not know anything if it wasn't for me calling them. I have paid for the product and I am a paying customer. I would like to know the status of my product and when it will be shipped and tracking information or a refund. I feel I am being taken advantage of and scammed.
