      They promised me a door that looked brand new. They quoted me to replace the locking mechanism but didn't tell me that that only included the "inside part of the lock" not the door handle or the lock on the actual door. They wouldn't even replace the weather stripping. The guy who wrote the quote coincidentally doesn't work there anymore.

      Transaction was from 9/22/2023. We ordered fixed glass panels and glass doors to close off an office space in our apartment. We paid 25% extra for an expedited delivery and installation. After getting rescheduled a few times, the installers either didn't schedule enough time to do the installation on one day or didn't bring the right parts. This has happened 3 times. I have been doggedly trying to get customer service to finish resolving the issue asap notably since we paid extra for expedited delivery and installation because we have a baby on the way and the newborn needs to use the room as a nursery.

      After waiting the standard 10 weeks for manufacturing and delivery, the installers arrived to our home on 9/16/22 without a key component to ensure a beautiful finish to our panel sliding glass doors - the fillers for the floor track. Although they claimed that the item wasn't a part of our order, the invoice said differently. As of this moment, nearly 4 weeks later, after several emails and calls to our sales associate and attempts to call customer service to only have the option of leaving a voicemail and not talk to an actual live representative, no resolution has been reached.
      The total amount we paid for this product and installation was $3,064.99
