      Always great service, online and in the store. Great products, I have ordered at least 10 lamps, chandeliers, fans from Lamps Plus. They stand behind their product and I have never had any problems with any of the items I have purchased.

      Beautiful, informative website. I love the fact that all the lamps I looked at included a harp....some other sites charged extra for hardware, etc. Also loved the ability to "view in a room"! Can't wait to see my lamps in person! :))

      We bough a fountain for $500+ and it arrived damaged, would not work. Hose that runs to top was damaged (manufacturing issue I think) and another part was missing for inside the unit. We contacted Lamps Plus twice, both times they promised someone from their DESIGN TEAM would get back to us. No one ever contacted us. We called again, questioning why is this a design team issue and why no response? We never received a response and wound up buying parts and fixing it ourselves since shipping it back would cost a fortune and we were told we had to wait for design tech to review issue. The fountain is plastic resin, not worth the money, BUY LOCAL so if you have issue, they resolve it.
