      The only issue I had with this transaction was over coupons. I received notice several times that my coupon was expired, even though the site says it was good through August. It took some time to discover that my $44.99 shade did not meet the $50.00 minimum. You could be a little more straight forward, and issue coupons that can be used on all items. Otherwise, the website is easy to use, and telephone customer service was friendly, polite and very helpful. I have purchased from Lamps Plus in the past, and have found that I almost always find what I need.

      I have done business with Lamps Plus in the past. That's why, when I need something in their area of home decoration, I go right to this website first. They have hundreds of items to choose from. When you get the product, it is always what they said it would be. The items go from the bottom of your budget to the top, so you always get to choose something in your price range. I have never had to send anything back.
