Bought an expensive floor lamp with store person saying the LED will last approximately 10 years. it did not last and they will not make it right. They said the item is discontinued and so it cannot be replaced nor repaired.Lamps Plus, Inc.

I am very frustrated that prices are increased on products I like or put in my cart. I would be unlikely to use Lamps Plus as my first choice vender in the future. I think this trick is underhanded and does not build customer loyalty.Lamps Plus, Inc.
