Staff and customer service are number 1, I made a huge error ordering fixtures, They took the time to listen and we reordered more appropriate fixtures. We now have the correct items in our home and they are beautiful. It was done so quickly and easily. We ordered before a lamp or two, this was a bigger project and they came through wonderfully when I took their advise.Lamps Plus, Inc.

Great customer service! **** helped me directly from the "chat" box when I forgot my sloped ceiling kit for 3 fans I ordered. Within a minute she sent me a link with the kits and downrods I needed! This is how online shopping should be!! Thanks Lamps Plus!!

Lamps Plus is my "go to" for lamps, lamp accessories and often for furniture. Their staff are so helpful, I appreciate the free shipping and I have not been unhappy with almost all of my purchases. If I have been, Lamps Plus has made it right!Lamps Plus, Inc.
