      I had a set of doors installed over a year ago. Other issues with another door were not resolved, but an issue with one door was functional. The door was installed bent.I have asked to have it fixed or replaced for more then a year, coming up on two. They sent two engineers out and confirmed its bent. *********** when I call, I get no call ******* not work with this company. Its a life time warrantee, but its a lifetime to get service.

      I booked through them and cancelled the order within the time frame they told me and provided all paper work when I came to know that they outsource the windows from third party. I have been reaching out to them for my refund and I didnt received my refund yet. Their cancellation paper work said I'd get my refund within 10 days, NOPE. It's been passed 30 days and no refund and no one is responding to me about my follow up. It's unfortunate that CDW isn't handling the issue on their end as agreed upon.Also super frustrating how CDW appears to be have amazing customer service IN THE BEGINNING, which almost made me pick them as the company to work with. As soon as I changed my mind, their customer service was almost nonexistent.

      I have tried to get repairs on my doors for 2 years as the sealant was never properly installed. These doors have caused so much damage to my house and I will now need to pursue legal action because no repairs have been made to their promise of lifetime warranty on the sealant of the doors

      DON't go with California Deluxe Windows!!! Even don't let them do the estimate for you! Because they will call you and scare you and push to go with them! We had a guy from Deluxe windows came to our house and gave us some estimate. The guy let us sign up a documentation and said once we sign up they would hold the discount price until we make a final decision. So we signed it, of course we didn't put our credit card number. A few months later they called us and said we have to do the windows with them, because we signed up the contract with them! What!? And also scared us through the phone if we don't pay, they would put us in the collection! What!? We didn't hire them to do anything, 90% other windows company charged $2000 LESS than California Deluxe, no reason to go with them! The guy who came to our house was lying to us, the documentation we signed only for holding the discount price. They played the game that way... Never seen any company operate their business like this way! Definitely report this company to BBB! Feel so lucky we didn't do the windows with them! DO NOT EVEN GET AN ESTIMATE WITH THEM!
