    My experience with Haringa Compressor was very poor for several reasons. 1) Poor follow up and responsiveness. I inquired about service at the end of April (24th) and had to make several follow up calls to try and give them my business. Took over a month to finally receive the quote, took until the end of June (26th) to confirm an appointment. 2) Lack of transperancy with regard to charges and fees. I Was quoted $1,030 for an oil change (full service) on a compressor with no itemized breakdown. I requested a detailed breakdown, there were errors in the work order and a lack of details to the charges. Lots of "fees" on top of the minimum $330 charge ($165/hour x 2) such as "Travel Fee" and "Truck Fee" I was originally told it would be $1,030 then changed to $895). 3) Poor customer service. ******* needs customer service training. She lacks patience, empathy, and overall basic customer service etiquette. When questioned about the breakdown of the service order and fees, she provided vague details as to what was included. With the charge of $895, I wanted to know in detail what was included, especially seeming as their was an error on the original quote after asking for a breakdown. ******* became flustered and irritated that I was "analyzing " things (her words), she grew frustrated. ******* should stick to the paperwork and NOT engage with customers if she cannot control her emotions. After cancelling the appointment due to ********* Poor attitude and lack of professionalism, she thanked me for cancelling. I usually don't go out of my way to write negative reviews, but this one had to be said.
