    I Purchased 15 yards of Mulch 50/50 and 15 yards of Special Mix from OF ********* , chino ,** on 05/04/******* seems water is repelling when i water the soil. they delivered me hydrophobic soil and instead of absorbing , water is repelling. soil texture is like wax coater and all water is repelling.I spent $1350 for the soil and spent $1500 to move the soil to my backyard and its worthless now..now i need to remove all the soil from my back yard and bring new soil and it adds more cost to me
