      Apr ***** i first purchased a cart from the Lubbock branch of ******** golf cars. They did not have the correct model and color i wanted so we ordered it. I ordered a red cart with red seats. i was informed it may take three weeks but shouldnt take more than 2. After 4 weeks still no cart so i stopped by for a status update and noticed a cart with the color i wanted but not the model. upon inspection the reds did not match. so i confronted the salesman and it was agreed to change my order. i ordered a black cart with red seats. The time frame is May at this time. Come June still no cart and sales couldnt hear from corporate on any updates. so the branch sent me a black cart and was told they would change the seats when they came in for me. I frequently checked in but no status update on the seats. July i received a bill from the loan company for the cart so i paid it thinking i was going to have my order. No updates all month, now in August i was given the regional manager contact. She called me and i informed her of the situation which i was told after saying i no longer wanted the cart, they could change the seats but it would cost me for the change. I said im not paying for the original cart agreement and no longer wanted to do business with them. she said the owner would contact me the next morning. 6 days later after being ignored by the regional manager, she called me back and stated they could do the seats free of charge, i stated i have been trying to contact her and was ignored and her reply was she knew and when asked why the owner didnt call she stated he said i was not worth the phone call for my issue. Her words. I tried calling corporate and was hung up on. I then tried calling back 15 times just to be sent to a voicemail with every department. I left a message and still have heard nothing back.

      Few issues with Evolution vehicles. We purchased an Evolution Ranger earlier this year. within 1 week of delivery, they reduced the price by $2K. Also, i have been waiting on a driver front hub bearing for over 1 month with no view on when it will arrive. I am also having other issues with the cart like a screeching sound at almost full stop. I would recommend you stay far away from this brand of carts.

      We purchased a Evolution Electric Golf Cart from Easy Ride Golf ************************ 1/14/2023 & began having problems with it **** would charge the ************* started loosing its charge after driving approx a mile then it would show it had a 60 to70% charge left on it but it would just stop. We called Easy *********** picked it up on October 13, 2023 my husband started calling concerning the repair so we could get it back as we are disabled & use it for transportation in our park Easy Ride said they werent getting response from them so I called & spoke to ***** 10-27-2023 she assured someone would get in touch. No response so I bagan calling both places & each place claimed they were waiting for responses from the other. Only 1 call from the office in Grand Prairie. Research noted they had poor customer service from many. If your going to sell a ****************** it they should at least response with customer. I just want people to be aware that their service is unexceptionable. My husband purchased it when he was diagnosed with cancer to make it easier on me to maintain because of the type battery it had if he died because of my problem walking. The offices in FL, ******* all have the same phone # I just feel a month is sufficient time to repair it & return it to customer or at least get response as to reason for delay.

      Evolution Lithium Battery Warranty issue: Purchased 8/4/2021 for my golf cart , Battery was shy of of lasting 2 years, 7/28/2023 had to be towed. Battery Warranty is 5 years Paperwork attached of Evolution and how the Authorized Dealer tried to get a replacement battery Evolution sent 1 replacement battery and it failed when tested and documents on this matter was emailed to Evolution *******. As of Oct 11th 2023 no responses from Evolution when another battery was to ship. *****Verification of more information was uploaded and attached***Oct 13th I was to have my golf cart back home for my assigned date for inspection for my yearly permit .golf cart has to be present for inspection. after 3 months of waiting and the authorized dealership has had no response from Evolution as to when they were shipping another replacement, I had to purchase another manufacturers battery at a higher cost
