      I had dental work completed in the *********** office during 2022 and was told that I needed to pay upfront due to the office closing. They would not complete my crown if I did not pay up front and then seek reimbursement from my insurance company. I did as was asked and told that I could continue regular dental services at the office in North County. I submitted my claim to my dental insurance and was told they too had paid the bill and that I needed to get the refund from the dentist. I contacted the staff numerous times via email and telephone messages and was able to speak to a staff member only once. During the call I was told that they would look into the overpayment and get back to me. It has now been 6 months with no calls or responses to emails and the offices all appear closed. I have overpaid ******** dollars and need a refund.
