      I received an email August 28th with a Labor Day 25% off entire order no exclusions coupon so I took my items to Arya Cleaners H St location. ****** couldnt give me a price for cleaning so she said she would call me. She did call back and left me a voicemail stating it would be $85 I called back and said thats fine and asked her to apply the promotion. She mumbled something about how I should have showed her the coupon when I dropped off the items, but I reminded her she couldnt give me a price at drop off so how could I have applied a promotion. She agreed and said she would apply the promotion on August 31st. The following Tuesday I went to pick up my clothing and was extremely overcharged. $100.03. (I still have the voicemail stating $85 for cleaning my items pre-discount). A couple items are listed incorrectly on one of my receipts I was charged for a lined sequin blazer when it was a short sleeve sequin button up. As well as large sequin sport jacket when the label says medium. Basically they overcharged me to replace the 25% discount and on top of that they tipped themselves.

      They lost my son expensive shirt and hes been contacting and going to the store back and forth for a whole month they cant find the shirt and they are not paying for the shirt he contacted the owner many times no response Disgusting customer service no one professional including the owner they just know how to over charge people and lose and running their clothes and I got my suit ruined by there dry cleaning ,sasan the owner he spoke to me with dirty language, street language yelling in my face he said he dont give f** about or stupid shirt and hung up on he's language was threatening and hes not willing to pay for the lost shirt

      Even though none of our records show the disputed item that is being claimed, we have contacted ****************** and left him a voicemail on 06-08-23 of our intent to reimburse him the $55 that was claimed. Please inform ** of where you would like for us to mail the check to.

      They lost my expensive shirt. After a month of back and forth they have done nothing to fix the issue. The owner hung up the phone in my face saying that he doesnt have my "stupid shirt". I dropped off the shirt a month before I needed to wear it and nothing has been done and they refuse to pay for the missing shirt. Very unproffessional language from the owner ******.

      I brought 4 pieces of clothing, including a dress, to Arya Cleaners on 11/29/22,when I was visiting ***********, **. I chose Arya for its advertising as a longstanding "eco" cleaners and their good reviews.After cleaning, there was a spot on the dress that hadnt been there prior.When I brought the dress back in, they said they would try to get the spot out. It came back even worse, now with a halo around it where the color had come out. The zipper was ripped away from the fabric. The dress had been pressed so hard that it took the color off the neckline, lost the fabric's integrity. ****'s tailor repaired the zipper but said he didn't think anything could be done about the discoloration or deterioration of the fabric. I asked to be reimbursed for my ruined dress. I was told to provide a receipt for it for ****'s records and their insurance purposes. But the boutique where I bought the dress has gone out of business.I was able to contact the owner. He said the original dress price was approximately $300.Online I found a similar dress by the same manufacturer but priced less, at $176. I offered to supply that receipt to Arya but received no response. I sent an email to ****** **********************, owner of Arya, requesting reimbursement but received no response. I called and visited the store more times and asked their employee to resend my email to Mr. ********************** to no avail. I finally just picked up my dress on 2/11/23 and was reimbursed only $16.77 for the (overpriced) cleaning To date, 2/26/23, I have received no response whatsoever from ****'s owner. What I am seeking from Arya Cleaners is a written email response from the owner, apologizing for their abysmal handling of my dress, and reimbursement for the $176 dress I will purchase online in order for **** to have the receipt they need. This was a very upsetting, inconvenient experience for me. Considering the reputation of ****, I will not publish my negative review if a satisfactory resolution is offered.
