      I have had 3 frauds on my debt card. I only have had those previous times ARYA Cleaners in ******** have it on file and auto payment. My bank said I dont need to have saved on file unless I accept. They wont take my Comforters unless they have card on file, which is weird when they have my clean one there right now without a card on file! And had many clean over the times of this year without card on file!!! So, now I cant get my comforter clean without paying up front?!! Which I dont have cash on hand right now. This is a very inconvenient situation.

      We have spoken to Ms. ***** on the phone and have resolved the misunderstanding and issue amicably. We will definitely be making a much better effort of explaining our standing policy to all of our customers, and most definitely appreciate Ms. ***** efforts to bring this matter to our attention. In order to clear up our intentions for this misunderstanding, we have placed a $10 store credit on Ms. ****** account with us, as a token of our appreciation.

      First time to try dry cleaning and brought my 2 gowns at Arya Cleaners at Otay Lakes per the recommendation of my husband. The other gown was okay but the marigold one had many tiny dark dots mainly on the lace parts. I brought it back and the lady at the reception said it was due to the glue that was applied to the dress and to rwturn it to where I bought it. She said they can remove the dark dots but the laces will come out too. I brought this gown with only 3 small greasy dots in front but to my dismay I did not expect to see a horrible result of my $225 gown. This is so disappointing since my husband had used this place and highly recommended it to me. It appears that nothing can be done about it if you listen to the lady in the frony desk. I might not want to use dry cleaning services anymore.Disappointed,*****************************
